Ah! That I shall! No shonen-ai though... The nuns who run the school I attend have scared me with enough visons of hell. Besides, it was never to my taste to begin with although I do like watching Wolfram and Yuuri and Kyou Kara Maou. I have sinned! I just thought it was funny... I didn't like them romantically or anything... The priest will probably give me a long lecture at confession about that. sweatdrop

I only watched some of the anime. Just bits and pieces since my sis watches it as I do my schoolwork. I veered away from it after the long lecture from the nuns on the evils of homosexuality. I'm not a homophobe or anything like that though. I love gay people! They're so free and flamboyant. My hairstylist is one who's particularly nice. Anyway, I just can't read their literature or watch their movies... From what my sis said, Brokeback Mountain would have scarred me. 3nodding

I've already determined in the other thread that with a group of judges with diverse preferences and pairing predilections, submitting any work that is non-gen would be totally rude! (In my book. XP) So I'm writing gen. Of course, you could probably pick out hints if you looked for them, but I'm not doing anything on purpose; I want a really strong 'beyond family' vibe... crying

The deadline is December 20. The thread for submitting the fanfics won't go up until the first. Once we get five judges, we'll discuss how the fanfics are going to be judged. Hopefully we'll be able to come to a decision by Christmas Eve so we can announce the winner then.

I refuse to watch it; most homosexual media is platitudinal tripe. They don't get happy endings and they can't just exist without some ridiculous drama that directly points to AIDS, their struggle for gay-freedom, or drugs/partying. Remember, kids, it's not Gay Media without the media! It's gross. That's why most of us stay in the interweb where it's safe. xp

Hm... We've only filled up 8 slots. 2 are still empty... It'd be a pity if you could only judge 8 instead of the expected 10. I could submit one more if ou'd permit it. I just finished my entry and I'm dang bored... sweatdrop

Big News!!
The last open slots are now free for alls!! Anybody who wants the slot can have it as long as they pay the entry fee to the mule. Even if they already have a slot, just pay the extra entry fee.
