Bullet took the communicator from the white wolf, and deleted the infomation from the robots programing. The reasons for why he was wanted for questioning were his problems alone...not that he had any idea what he had done to anger the goverment--at least not recently.
"...And sometimes their right.." Bullet muttered beneath his breath, as the white wolf flung herself towards the robots. Letting out a sigh, the black and silver wolf sat down on top of one of robots heads, using it like a metal raft to keep out the water that soon flooded the area.
"What's wrong Bullet...?" a familar and unpleasing voice came from below him. "Why do you look so glum?"
Bullet attempted to ignore the voice that was talking to him, hoping it would go away.
"Don't attempt to ignore me.." the voice said. "I know what goes on in you head." Bullet opened his eyes, and looked down towards the water that was now surrounding him. His silver eyes soon found themselves staring back at a pair of red ones. The eyes belonged to a silver and black wolf that seemed to be reflecting in the water. He was talking to his own reflection.
"...what do you want?" Bullet asked, rather annoyed.
"Oh! Temper temper!" the wolf said. "Don't get upset with me...I can very easily take control of you." Bullet became silent, he knew that the silver and black wolf in his reflection was right, which frankily pissed him off.
"...You're the reason the government is looking for me...am I right?" Bullet growled. "Moonshot.."
Moonshot gave a bit of a chuckle. "It was only a bit of harmless fun." his reflection replied.
"Nothing is harmless when it comes to you.." Bullet glared, and stood to his feet. "...especially when you're fun involves killing people." Bullet turned his back toward his other half, and began to walk away, wanting nothing more to do with the other wolf that lived inside of him.
"Don't ignore me Bullet.." Moonshot growled, trying to get Bullet to turn around and face him, yet Bullet paid him no mind and kept walking.
"DON'T IGNORE ME!!!" Moonshot snapped loudly. Causing a sharp pain to run through Bullet's mind, causing the usually agile wolf to loose all cordination he had and fall sideways into the water.

Suddenly the wolf girl had grabbed tightly around his arm. He was being dragged along with her, as she ran in the same direction everyone else was going. Still the red hedgehog was confused, but still managed to keep up with her quick footing as they moved along. But soon he found his feet no longer touching ground, apprently they were rising in the air actually flying.Finally he glanced back, seeing what the fuss was about.
There behind them, was a torrent wave of water. It threated to sweep them up it's strong flow. The waters consumed everything in it's pass, easily overwhelming the spiders as it consumed thier form and they became swepted away in the tide. Rune's eyes widend, so that's what everyone was so startled about. He gulped, glancing back to Lea.
Something hard bopped on his head and landed in the girl's hands. On her command a light enveloped him, this was his first time expeirencing a Chaos Control. It was like moving at high speeds, his stomach being yanked one way, while his body the other. A slight sickness overtook him, and he became green in the face. Noting that he was high in the air, dangling by his arm didn't help much either, and only increased his queasiness.
Thankfully they were dropped on something solid. Landing on the roof, Rune wobbled, flopping his waist over the edge. He felt dizzy, hand going to comfort his head as he grasped at his temple. He struggled to keep whatever he had for breakfast down his gizzard, instead of chucking it all over the edge.

He peered down upon the ground level. The streets were flooded, scraps of several pieces of metal being swept away. Rune could feel himself recovering raising his head, and propping himself up with his arms as he looked over the edge. Most notiably down on the silver and black wolf. Rune developed a type of clairvoyance, ot had become his sixth sense. Though in this case, even the most underdeveloped perception could sense this. A dark red aura, iminating from the wolf, a extreme power that could easily kill you while you sleep. It appeared to lay dormant at this moment, the threat was it chose too on it's own accord.

Narrowing his eyes, Rune leaned a bit more forward. Azure gazes centered on the wolf.

Lea smiled as Bullet took hold of her hand and nodded. Hauling him out of the water, she noticed him wince as if he was in pain. "Are you oka-" At that momment, another splashing sound hit their ears. This time it was Rune. "Oy...." Lea said under her breath. She flew quickly to the rooftop, dropping Bullet off; then hauling the red hedgehog out of the water also.
"Anyone else wanna fall in?" Lea asked sarcastically. There was silence...until something occured to her.
"What are we gonna do with all this water...?"

((lol, it's okay. Bullet is quite cool-- xd I like him, and this is actually the first time I haven't made him truely evil sweatdrop ))

"Thanks." Bullet replied as he was hauled out of the water. He shook his head back and forth, before tilting it to the side in the attempt to get some of the water from his ears.
"Yeah." Bullet replied a moment later. "I'm fine..." his voice still seemed to carry a hint of irratation on it. Something was definately bothering him, and unfortunately for him, no one could help him get rid of whatever it was.
..You're a terrible liar... Moonshot mumbled in Bullet's mind.
...Shut and go to sleep... Bullet growled telepathically.
....Someone's grouchy... Moonshot muttered softly. Maybe you need to take another dip. Bullet's other half immediately began to chuckle. Bullet would have made a comment to that, but he decided it was better not to and to leave it be. If he had made one, he most likely would be in worse pain than he already was. He was just glad that it was morning and he was the one in control and not the other way around.

Hmm, he didn't even notice he fell off. So that's why he was suddenly moist. With a shrug, Rune stepped about on the roof. Quietly, he had listened to thier discussion, the water was a problem wasn't it? Sure it did a magnificent job of cleaning the streets, but they couldn't of just left it there. It would also take quite a bit of time for it to drain down the gutter.
The red hedgehog seemed to dissapear for a moment, randomly walking off somewhere. When he returned, he had a mop in his hands. He tapped the end of the wooden pole into the ground. He seriously implied that they were going to do this the most ridiculous way possible.

Lea looked at Rune, who had appeared with a mop in his hands. She looked up and down the thin stick, wondering if Rune had lost his mind.
"You're kidding right....?" Lea said, feeling horrible for the demeaning tone she used. "I may have a better idea...but if someone wants to contribute....?" She said, trying her best not to look in Heathers direction. She was tired, run down, and had finally collapsed onto the roof; all she needed was more hard labor.

Lea gave a sigh: she was hoping that Heather wouldn't have thought it was directed at her. She tried her best to make it NOT seem like she was asking....oh well....
"It's alright Heather, we all know you deserve a good rest." Lea said, giving a sympathetic smile. "Hm.....well....if we could heat the water to the point it evaperated, we could get almost all of it in one shot....." Lea said, putting her index finger under her lip. "Anyone happen to have fire powers?" She asked.
