Okay, so Lana has trust issues with everyone, but mainly with Clark. Well, it's not his fault that he has to save mankind and to protect her he has to lie rolleyes
Nothing worth having comes easy, and that's why Clana has faced so many trials when it comes to them being together. cool

nobletiger Okay, so Lana has trust issues with everyone, but mainly with Clark. Well, it's not his fault that he has to save mankind and to protect her he has to lie rolleyes
Nothing worth having comes easy, and that's why Clana has faced so many trials when it comes to them being together. cool
And clueless you were not acting air-headed wink Well he really hasn't try to go out of his way and try to save some one he does not love....yet. And you really can't believe lana for that either. She would understand if she knew.

You have a point Zach, because in reality she did understand and even agreed to marry him. 3nodding It's just a pitty that things had to happen the way they did, and although I'd like for Clark to try telling her again, I know it's not gonna happen...Atleast I can hope. xd

Excellent point. It's because the overall show has a focus and a general story to follow that Clana isn't happening. :3

clueless-in-the-forest clark did try....but ironically lana died when he did tell her rolleyes and who caused that? stare (even if that person didn't mean to.... rolleyes ) exactly. see, when he tells her she dies, when he doesnt she gets mad and their relationship ends. their just not made for each other. even thoe they are soo cute together.

Even after JOnathon died instead of Lana, didn't he have the chance to tell her after as well. Clark finally concluded that he just couldn't tell Lana. Why do you think he broke up with her....For good? Because he couldn;t be honest with her. If he could never be honest with her he knew it would never last, she relied way to much on his honesty. Something he couldn;t give her.

Lockdown Clark: The only reason Lana almost got killed was because of Lex. Chloe: Lana's a big girl, Clark. She can make her own decisions. Clark: I'm not saying she can't, but we all know Lex. He twists everything around, one lie on top of another, until you don't know what to believe. Chloe: Lex is a snake. Believe me, I've seen his scales. But he did almost die taking a bullet for Lana. Clark: I saved her from a bomb. Doesn't that mean anything? Chloe: Yeah. You know what? It would if she knew about it. Clark, the only reason Lana started talking to Lex in the first place was to learn more about that spaceship. Clark: If I would have been honest with her, she never would have had to. Chloe: No, she wouldn't. Clark: I love her so much, Chloe. Chloe: I know. But all you're doing right now, Clark, is pushing her further away. Clark: That's not what I want. I want us to be together for the rest of our lives. Chloe: The only way that's ever gonna happen is if you tell her the truth. They just can never be together, too much bad history and it will never work out cause he wont tell her. Yes yes, he can't tell her because she will get hurt and stuff but be in her position for once, she doesn't know that it is for her own good, all Lana sees is that Clark is hiding something.
