I like a bit of both. I'm a majour uke, so I like to be bossed around a bit; but then I also like to be hugged and snuggeled when I do something good. I like a give and take relationship. The one I'm in now is slowly making me ill. My bf is just way to sweet, which is nice, but it's nauseating at times. Like, I constantly am using him as a pillow, but when I try to return the favour he's like "no-no" it's alright. It's like I can't do anything nice in return without forcing him. It's rather irritating.
So I'd say down the middle for me, just like my prefrence. I've had one gf who wanted me to be more clingy than I was, and wanted me to use the phone (I am not a phone person!), so we sorta just broke up pretty fast, and now my current bf just sometimes makes me want to roll my eyes and walk away.
It's really hard to get out of a relationship when the person is so sweet, and tells you that they love you on a daily basis. But for me, feelings have been demoted to friendship status. So I'm doing the slow steady distancing self tactics. (Not the no-talking thing. Just the slowely less active physically stuff.)

Ninjara i'm sweet mostly, but i can be harsh and rough when the mood strikes me. yes you can, but I love ya that way. wink heart I guess I prefer the sweeter relationships, but I don't mind the coldness now and then. It makes things interesting. 3nodding and I personally don't know what I am. sweatdrop

Wolfbane-san SyrenaV Both. Like ice cream. Cold, but sweet, and able to melt. She's not exactly mine yet, but she is a major switch. One day, she went from clawing my face and telling me how stupid I am (I was having a dumb moment, and I know she never means it), to nuzzling me like a cat and whispering "I love you" into my ear, in a matter of THREE SECONDS. ...okaaaay, then...your partner may have mood swings. She sounds nice though 3nodding . My partner is candy ALL the way! Just this morning she called me and said "I love you more than anything else in the world". How sweet is that? She is so nice whee !

For myself, I like having my girls to be sweet through the day but in bed... well that's a whole different story... you know the saying red head fire in bed lol. I learned most of my stuff from her in the first place.
But.. I dunno, I'm kinda cold and a jerk at times but I can be just as sweet all the other times. So I have to say I prefer my partner to be sweet as candy, not so sweet that my teeth get roten but enough to keep me going.
In animes though, I always look up to the cold, bad-a** guys, like in Gravitation, I love Yuki heart He's my favorite character because of the way he acts. Oh another, very good example is in Gundam Wing, I love heart Heero heart I especially love him in the first episode. I have a cold- jerk- bad-a** guy fetish, I wish I could be them... sadly though I can't be crying I'm still to emotional and I'm still a girl... I'm not that butch, I'm still pretty girly-girl (though I hate it, I use to love being a tom-boy, It's all my girlfriends fault)

I'm like that to, I like to switch roles and not have specified roles to each of us, I like things to be even between my partner and I. Sometimes I like the be the sweet as candy one and I want her to be the cold, jerk one... hell we role play to keep things interesting and in those we switch all the time or we take turns. Does anyone else like the whole b***h and Butch thing between you and your partner? I don't really, well I can understand if you and your partner both wanted it but myself, I much prefer taking turns.
