EdwardHau Chromefox Akimbo Pfft..Peter doesn't have more than one power, he just..seems to absorb powers used around him from everybody. Yeah, I think he's a lot like Rogue. On a sidenote, I really love Claire's friend. "Yes! We're aliens! We've come to proooobe you anaaaally!" "YouTube's free, you idiot." I laughed really hard. And then felt like a geek for being the only person in the room to get the joke. rofl

Kinetic Dream So, what've we learned so far? There's dozens of 'powered humans', which reaffirms Syler's map. Mika(myka?)'s father is likely not Syler, as it seems he only has one ability, to phase through things. At the same time, he seems to be able to either 1. grasp intangible objects such as memories and forcibly remove them, or 2. rearrange synapses from within the brain. Some 'powered humans' seem to have a mark on them, showing the fact that they do in fact have powers, branding perhaps? If two powered humans get together, there's a greater chance that a powered child will be born. xd Hiro's a bad a**. Mika's father, for all intensive purposes, like Claire's father, doesn't seem like he's really a bad guy. Most people don't have more than one power, the only cases so far have been Syler himself and Peter Pitrelli. Which leaves us to wonder, who really is Syler? O rite... and did anyone notice the 'loaded gun' in this episode? xd I like DL. He seems like good people.
I'm also starting to think Claire's pappy really might be better than he seems, after this week's previews. EXCITING. I like protective Claire-daddy, like in the hospital.
I'd say Peter could technically be said to have one power, in that his seems to be a form of empathy, letting him borrow others' powers temporarily when in close proximity. It definitely gives him some scope, but it seems to be a single defined power in and of itself.
Syler... Yeah, I'm definitely leaning toward that "Sylar steals other powers from supers" thing. That could certainly explain the future explosion if he steals the powers from Radioactive Man. That, or the latter just freaks out and does it by himself.
/r/ moar Sylar plz.

Chromefox Kinetic Dream That's what I'm getting at. 3nodding HE's like Rouge but at the same time not, capable of absorbing abilities without taking them from other people. I think he could do it. xD Copyright infringements. ninja Nah. But I must say that I find the dramatic irony of him not figuring himself out yet is a little annoying. He shows no indication of knowing that he can exceed flight. EDIT: Also, with a skill such as that, he sounds like a mighty important character to the series. Yeah, even after the thing with the painting, he still doesn't seem to be giving much thought to his powers. But I guess that can happen, when one starts off expecting something, they continue to notice only the details that support their initial conclusion. He's just too close to step back and see the obvious pattern.
But yeah, he definitely seems like he's got the potential to work the powers. If he ever clues in. whee

So not having seen that, and likely not being able to remember just what he did, he probably didn't really have a grasp on what he'd actually done.

So not having seen that, and likely not being able to remember just what he did, he probably didn't really have a grasp on what he'd actually done. Still, he knew that he'd finished a painting that foretold the future, just like Isaac does, and he knew that he'd done it once before after meeting Isaac (albiet in stick figures). He really seemed, during that incident, to be figuring out the pattern. But then he sort of...let it slip.
Granted, yeah, it'd be easier if he'd been able to see how very similar they were when it happened, but he still has enough information to at least suspect the real nature of his power.
Edit: He's also outright recognized the fact that he could only fly around his brother, who can fly at any point. Like I said, I'm sure it would be a lot harder to pick up on all this when it's happening to you rather than being able to objectively watch it, but one would also think he'd be giving it a damned lot of thought. I know I would, if I was him. sweatdrop

Anyway... on the subject of the explosion, I originally thought it was Syler simply OD'ing on super powers, that his body wasn't able to retain it's original DNA structure and broke down, causing a massive explosion of everything he's absorbed, but with the introduciton of RADIOACTIVE MAN! I think that theory just went out the window. xd
...!!! HE'S TRYING TO STEAL CLAIRE'S POWER SO THAT HE CAN REFORM AFTER A'SPLODING NEW YORK!

I forgot about the stick man comment. Okay, so he really is just missing the obvious. xp I don't get how some people were surprised by Micah's coming-out-of-the-superhero-closet though. I mean, dear sweet high definition Jesus, one of the primary themes is genetics.

Dr. Fomite Peppermint Elf Rageki Le Klueze Ohshi- Mika is Electro >> LOL! I had a suspicion that Micca was "special". I mean, the kid is pretty much a genius. Didn't realize that he was electronics boy. xd
I loved how everyone ignored Guro Girl's brother when he was screaming for help. xd After the first episode, when he was fixing stuff, I rather wondered if he'd end up having technological powers. I am pleased. whee
xd That was pretty amusing.
Poor Claire made me all sad, though, when she said she was afraid her parents would regret adopting her if they found out. cry I wanted to give her a big hug. ...And gut her at the same time, but still. heart heart heart heart

I love how the people with powers keep appearing. xD Of course, chances are that a lot of them will get brain-eat'd by Syler before the show's out.
Also, am I the only one that thinks that the porn star is going to end up being a villian? Because I'm really, really starting to pick that vibe up off of her. It started a few weeks ago, but now, it's become rather more vicious. Just a feeling in my gut, but still...

People with powers make me smile. heart As for Nikki, man..I don't know if she'll become a villian or not. I think her main focus around the things she does is her son, she even said that she did everything him. Framed his father to get the money and move him away, started stripping on the internet so that she could take care of him and pay for that fancy school he was in. I think if something happens to Micca then no doubt, she'll go crazy..er..on all their asses.
