But I love both pictures definately. They're like, my new favorite Riyo art of all time. I love the way you worked the fabrics, it makes me want to reach out and touch silk... x3
And with the second picture, I love the smoke-like stuff around the person. Ish very prettay. x33

Ish very prettay. x33 Rivera's eyes aren't that evil, and she doesn't have black hair. There's also the missing short locks next to her ears and that one specific split in her bangs. ^_^ That's just my avi, not rivera. And rivera isn't so creepy looking xd The second one's a friend of mine, Poison Pocky. I threw that picture in as a bonus, as she is payin me 60k to draw two pictures. xd I did lineart and stuff... And a costume plan in MS paint:

Riyoku you are just unbelievably talanted!!! eek
I wish I had half the skills as you do!
Though you've probably been drawing alot longer than me. Even so, my drawings are terrible in comparison.
I'm just wowed by your artwork. when i have gold i can spend i'm going to have to commision you to draw some of my characters 3nodding

Actually, I've only been drawing anime for about 3 years or so... sweatdrop not that long... I didn't start to seriously CG until about 1 1/2 years ago or so. I used to just do stuff with MS paint. XD
And comissioning me? Good luck. it's an average of 29k per single-person drawing.

I've been drawing seriously(i used to draw just to pass the time) since i was in grade 10-11 so by that standard i've been drawing for 5 years. but if you combine the time i spend drawing it's maybe been a year maybe two. I've only been Cging my work for just over a year now. My best friend introduced me to Photoshop I've only just recently begun to digitally ink my drawings..now that i've figured out how to do that using a mouse.
Hopefully this summer i'll be able to invest into buying a tablet because sketch books are very expensive.
I won't have a problem getting that much gold, I stockpile event items, and Thank you letters and what not. I'm also on gaia.. like 24/7.. which to most people is really pathetic... but anyway.. I make a lot of gold fast. So raising enough to commision you won't be a problem..

I never use tablets sweatdrop and I don't have a sketchbook. I just use computerpaper, pencils and erasers... and pens!
I never ink anything digitally sweatdrop I ink it all by hand. and I usually use a digital camera, not a scanner. I make do with what I have.
And I don't use Photoshop. I use a cheap program called photoimpact. I got it with my scanner, which broke... because it was cheap and costed 20 bucks. heh... you don't need all that fancy stuff to draw.
Sometimes, I give up everything and just do MS pain for lineart XD

my best friend showed me how to use a tablet, since she used one sometimes. usually when she had her laptop with her. I think for me it'd be better because i tend to draw to dark, and so lines appear even after i've erased.. and with the tablet i'd be able to just undo my previous step.
I'd used computer paper, if it weren't so expensive and if i didn't need it for other things but sketch books keeps all my art in one place and i'm a very disorganized person so it helps.
Currently though i draw by hand with the art pencils my parents bought me a few years ago, my very handy pen-like eraser and my wonderfully expensive uni-bal Vision fine tiped pen.
I Ink by hand right now, but my hands are so shaky so my inking ends up terrible, so far i've only digitally inked two drawings. One that Shunko asked me to CG, and my latest drawing which is also the picture for my latest RP character Guinevere, the hand inking i'd done was really bad.
I've never heard of that program. I only know of Photoshop and Painter Pro or whatever it's called. I don't have a digital camera, so i'd go crazy without my scanner. Broken scanners are the worst.. mine sort of broke whenever i scanned something in blue and grey verticle lines would show up. .. and then a few weeks ago my printer part broke ( i had a four-in-one printer/photocopier/scanner/digital camera thingy) so my parents loaned me money to buy a new one, which is a three in one. printer, scanner, photocopier.
I think though the main reason i'd want a tablet is because it'd make things more convienant, i tend to mess up alot in drawings and so have to use a new piece of paper, and so paper gets wasted, and i can't afford to buy more sketchbooks, though my sister said she'd buy me a new one, and the pencils i use are also expensive., I used to be able to draw with just mechanical pencils but recently i haven't been able to not since i started using the art pencils my parents bought me.
But right now i can't afford a tablet, on top of that i can't find any anywhere to begin with. so i'm stuck with traditional mediums.
I attempted to use Ms Paint for one drawing and i looked at it today.. and realized it was horrid. But of course it was my first time so it was only natural. plus i like being able to use layers.
Layers = My friends. sweatdrop

Well, they look so alike, too... With the hair, I mean. Kinda. sweatdrop Oh, well I can tell that that next one you posted right after those two is Rivera... >_>; I think. I'm pretty sure. The guns and weaponry around are a good hint. xD;
And I just got Lamsey art... soo.. :: ponders :: Dx;

 I know they all look really much alike... but there's subtle little differences... like My avi has plain, straight hair to her waist, and no further. The hair comes to points rather than being somewhat curly and flat cut like Rivera's. Her eyes are red. Rivera's hair stretches to around her hips, and there is a specific split in her bangs. She has short, fluffy looking locks on either sides of her face, and her eyes are dreamy-ish. Her hair is also much wavier. Her eyes are usually blue or violet, but changes colors very often. Fang looks like Rivera, but Fang has hair that is very straight, flat trimmed at the bottom, and she has slanted red eyes. *see teh chib talking thing* Besides, she also has a little antenna and is always in a cold mood. XD

Your art is so awesome, Riyoku. crying The stickmen flipbooks I do(sometimes) are like total crap next to your pictures. scream I wish I had enough gold to buy some of your art, but I gosta save it for a guild I wanna make. I'd post some of the good stuff I've drawn, but the scanner's hooked up to the wrong computer. Leave it to my parents to say they'll hook it up and never hook it up. rolleyes
