((I know. I checked your profile the other day and saw that. Happy Birthday! Now drive a car, pick me, Fallen, and Lunar up and we can all go on a Road trip!))

"Knucklehead? Yeah, he would be coming soon. Knuckles makes a point to show up when Eggman does, even if he doesn't mean too." Sickle shrugged as they went along. "That guy is more chipper then Super, ergo, a little annoying sometimes. I think Amy and him should get together, as far as I see it, they're prefect for eachother." He explained. He took an unexpected turn into a forest. "But yeah, Things should be fine for a little while sence the annoyance is on the case. You can count on him and his te- Speak of the red devil." He said, as he saw knuckles running full speed towards the area, Waving them over, Knuckles stopped for a moment.

"Hey, Sickle, Sonic come through here?" He asked. "Hello, Ma'am." He greeted Kairi. He turned back to Sickle, waiting for an answer. His Dreads blew in the foul wind, which one could only guess was from the battle nearby.

"Yeah, He told me to tell you that Tails' is at the Burger shop, finishing something for ya." Sickle informed. "And thanks for greeting her, Sonic forgot to until I made him."

"Blue Annoyance, He has no manners."

"Tell me about it. Anyway, you best go post-haste, Eggman's got some new toys." Sickle said, pointing to the city. Knuckles stopped.

"You ain't goin' in?" He asked.

"G.U.N. Saw me. I can't head in there now, not with them looking for me. I'd put Kairi in Danger."

Knuckles put one hand near his mouth in thought. "So that's her name. Whats this strange energy I feel from her?"

"That'd be a shard of a Super Emerald." Sickle informed.

Knuckles eyes shot up. "Eh?!" He gasped. His eyes darted over to her, "You have a shard... but that'd... be inpossible..." Sickle cut him short, and quickly explained thier situation and all that had happened. The Knucklehead absorbed all the information. Sickle added he had neglected to tell Sonic about it, but did send him off with a Chaos Emerald. He also told the echidna part two of said giving, as it was the corresponding emerald to the Blue one, and as such, the shard Kairi held was now reacting with less energy, probably throwing Egman off track, which was new information to Kairi. Knuckles nodded. "Got'cha. So, Your heading to Super's house then?" Sickle nodded. Knuckles thought about it. "Don't. It'd be best to stay in a large group. Come with me to the Burger shop. Eggman would be a fool to fight to the center of the city, fighting me, Sonic, Tails, and you to get to that Girls jewel." He suggested.

Sickle was about to protest, when he saw the near genius of it. Or rather, he was abotu to argue his case, but he knew it'd be safer for Kairi, and that he would be throwing himself into danger, not her. "You bring up a point... But...."

"Don't even think about going it alone. Eggman is prone to attack lone wolfs... excuse the pun." He said.

"Excused. But even still, with Gun..."

Knuckles shook his head. "There is a wonderful chance there is a clothing shop along the way, grab a hat and trenchcoat if you have to."

".........Fine. You know how terribly cliche that is, y'know..." He started to say.

"I'm not... I'm keeping you safe." He crossed his arms. "G.U.N. is not after you. They are after me. In all realism, You'd be safest in the city, with leagions of soldiers in the way between you and Eggman, not to mention Sonic, Knuckles, and the rest of 'em." He reasoned. "If we went to Super's, we'd have to rely on only ourselves if Eggman attacked." Sickle tried. "This seems like the safest route..."

Knuckles was eavesdropping, even though they were whispering. "Do what you will, My offer stands, but I can't allow any more people to get hurt while we dwidle-dwadle. Are you guys coming, or not?" He asked, eyeing the two.

The Blue Echidna looked in amusement at the inward pain of the wolf, the rubber becoming hot and melting all over her skin. "Alright everyone, she looks like she's gonna explode. Fall back until further orders." He called, and the soldiers did so, with haste. He stayed where he was. "Heh heh heh... So much electricity, You could really power the entirity of G.U.N.'s base, little missy." He told her, as he walked away, ordering for a bigger truck with better safety percausions.

Kairi glanced at Sickle and then turned to Knuckles. "Fine, We'll go with you. But don't expect me to sit still and hide. If were going I'm gonna help Sonic and everyone fight to." She then turned back to Sickle. "You heard the man, no dawdling, come on, Wolfie."
She was still worried but she wasn't going to let Sickle or Knux know that. If Eggman was after her necklace, it was her responsibility to protect it. And if G.U.N. was after her friends, she was going to help them. She went into business mode.
"Knuckles, G.U.N. took Sparky in a truck somewhere in the City. I have one of their Radios so I was listening in on their communications. They're looking for Sickle and apparently their not holding up so well against Eggman. There's been no word about Super but he's somewhere in the city. If we track his emerald we can find him. Once we get to the Hamburger stand we'll talk more, but I think our main priority should be helping the civilians and getting back Sparky. If you and your friends are as wonderful as I've heard you are it should be a snap, right?"

((I'm assuming Sparky has met the rest of the gang.))

Moonshock snarled softly. She muttered something rather nasty underneath her breath, before she disappeared, fading back into Sparky's body. This one made her want to get out and kick that echidna's but even more. But because of the predictament that Sparky was in...she couldn't do anything. Nothing at all. All she could do was hope that someone would come before the torture go much worse.

((sparky knows Knuckles quite well--due to a few...encounters...but besides that...she only knows them by their names.))

The lemming followed. She wanted to talk to Sickle about what she had heard over the walkie talkie. She wanted to know about what had happened to his mother. She wanted to see what he was capable of. She wanted to know what he was. But they were going into the sewers and if they didn't hurry, a friend of theirs might be in serious trouble. It wasn't the time or the place.
Instead she just followed silently to the man hole. She peered into the hole and looked at the grime and goo that was below the streets. She sighed. "This is such a pretty dress and it'll be ruined before the night is over. I wish I could have changed back into shorts and a tank top before we got chased by evil robots, Wolfie."

The Echidna snarled, and suddenly All the soldiers were blasted away. He walked over angry, his eyes turning red. "You call yourselves soldiers..." He yelled, his voice booming. Suddenly, Sparky's body was inclosed within a strange bubble, goo-like, but somehow breathable. Kyle had his eyes closed and his arms raised. Moving the body of the wolf, he started to walk towards the newest truck on the scene, and thier most techiolgy advaced prison truck at that. It shoudl hold Sparky without much problem, if any. Placing her inside of it, he kept her in it as he stepped in the truck to guard her, which he didn't want to do. "You best all go and get to Eggman. And If I hear that nay of you deserted, I'll find you." He glared at them all.

Sickle shrugged. "It's fine. There are such things as dry-cleaners..." Sickle tried to cheer her up. Kncukles just motioned them downwards, and sickle waited for Kairi.

Knuckles and Sickle took less then ten times of the time Kairi did. They were used to said route, and jumped down unto the cement floor one after another. "Just like old times, eh Knux?" Sickle said as he looked around, his nose wrinkling to the smell of human excriment. "I remember when we met the Chaotix down here."

"Heh! Yeah. I rememeber your reaction clearly when you saw Vector at first." He said. There was the old wives tail of aligaters in the sewers, and Sickle was very impressionable back then. When he saw Vector, he had freaked. Bad. But now, it was a funny memory. "Well, come on, Straight down this tunnel until..."

"The Cave-in spot that hasn't been cleared yet, where we take a left. Best area in the sewers" He said, nodding to Kairi. "We drop down into the sub sewers, which are actually the nicest place, and actuallly is well lit." He said, also to Kairi."

"That's because Twinkle Park still uses it..." Knuckles said.

Sickle thought about it. "That's where Eggman is..." He said. Knuckles turned around. "So there will be robots then." Knuckles put his fist to his head in thought. But in the end, he just raised it. Sickle smiled. "Then we Fight."

Knuckles and Sickle just sorta stared at eachother. they heard her rambling on, and it kept something going on. They silently treked on, zoning in and out. As she went on, knuckles mouthed something around the lines of 'Where did you get her?' And Sickle mouthed, 'Super set us up.' Knuckles just shook his head in a miniscule way as they walked on.
