"Good," Long replied as he pointed the gun, pulling the trigger, and starting the two-player mode. It started out with Long having several targets and him using the step to pull out of hiding to return fire. It apparently, did work, for him anyways.

"So Rin, this would be your first time playing a game like this?" Long asked as he shot constantly and breezed throught several targets with his lightgun pointed at multiple targets at a time.

Long was slightly becoming tired, the humming and rhythm in which he shot began to sooth him. He lightly gave note to how he had become 'sleepier' or felt olbligated to sleep. He kept waking himself up with mental perception and several reminders to not fall asleep or else it would worsen progress.

Rin jumped. No matter how tense and ready she thought she was, she still jolted in surprise when the first target appeared. Then she snapped out of it, fired, and... missed. But she got it her second time. Pretty soon she had the hang of it, not really missing much of anything, though ocassionaly she'd just be too slow about it. Other times, she'd forget to press the pedal and go into hiding.

But even so, she had one of her rare smiles upon her face, mixed with an expression of concentration. "It is!" she nodded, blasting away another target. She glanced at Long's screen for a second, and abruptly froze, staring, wasting a second or two before snapping out of it again.

"...this isn't your first time though, is it?" she murmured, eyes once more upon her own screen.

Long gave a light deep breath as he spoke, "Well...This isn't as real as an actual gun...but this would be my first time using it to not take someone out..." . Long was so lulled and tiresome that he was unaware of what he said to Rin.

More targets began popping up and Long kept firing his arm, "But, I don't like shooting or using firearms as a means to eliminate my targets...It's just no too honorable you know?" Long rambled on while shooting every target as he wasn't hit once and never missed.

His status at the moment was still half awake/ half asleep. He couldn't tell that he was spilling out an idea like this. He was so drowsy, that he could be gullible and vulnerable to anyone, Long himself didn't know this, and fairly the circle of friends and acquintances around him didn't know either. Long was looking over at his watch, "45 minutes to kill still..." Long mumbled to himself trying to stay awake.

Long answered her question more blunty than Rin expected. She froze for a second, then slowly glanced up at him, ignoring the targets she was missing. His first time using a gun without intent to kill? Well, she'd gathered that he was a part of.. something. Those other guys she'd seen had seemed pretty shady as well.

She frowned to herself, facing the screen again and trying to get back into it, to make up for all the ones she kept missing as Long distracted her. But he continued on, still talking about his 'targets', which were certainly not the 'targets' of the game. "...yeah," she agreed quietly, not really sure what to say. At first she thought it was kind of hard to picture him shooting someone. Then she thought a little further, and realized it really wasn't. This sent a chill down her spine, but she supressed it enough that it didn't show. Besides, he still looked a little asleep.

When the game ended, he'd beaten her, obviously. She decided she didn't care too much, because she hadn't a chance in the first place. When he stated the time remaining, she first just stared up at him for a moment, silently thinking to herself. He really looked out of it. Was he ok? Were all those years of no sleep catching up with him? "...Want to take a nap, or something?" she asked uncertainly. "I'll wake you up when it's time."

((sorry for the delay...Internet was down cuz some construction worker accidentally cut the cable to all the houses in the neighborhood))

After the game was done and Long lost all his lives, Long gave himself a stretch after placing the gun back into the holster on the game.

"No, no...I was just....feeling out of tune at the moment..." Long explained as he looked at the clock. 45 minutes to go still, and Long was far from getting rest. His eyes went to a light close before his eyes shot open again forcing himself to sleep.

"Ok...nevermind, I'm in denial...Just 10 minutes will do it for me...But make sure its only for exactly 10 minutes..." Long warned Rin as he looked at the clock. The reason was, if he did sleep longer than 10 minutes, he'd be asleep for a long time. Long had tried to lightly bow in apology, "Sorry if this will be impeding your exploration of the theater...But I am trying to stay awake for your sake here..." Long said as he lowered his head not taking his eyes off of her.

"I guess you'll be fine on your own...food's over there... Bathrooms are that way.... and you can help youself to the arcade," Long explained as he pointed to the several locations. But in a split second, Long had already had his hand extended out with a large number of quarters for the arcade if she was still interested. He waited patiently for Rin to take the coins since he was almost ready to fall asleep while standing.

[That sucks. Dx Glad everything's up and running again!]

Rin smirked faintly, folding her arms across her chest. She saw his eyes close and could tell just how obvious it was that he was lying. He really did need a nap or something. I thought you didn't sleep, she thought to herself, but shrugged it off a second later as he admitted it. "Ten minutes, sure," she agreed. "Not a problem."

She too glanced towards the clock, then back to him as he bowed. She blinked, then held her hands up slightly. "...you don't need to keep yourself up for me," she said uncertainly. Then her regular frown passed across her face as she looked towards each thing he'd pointed out. There was a small hesitation before she allowed herself to take the coins from him.

"Thanks," she nodded, and the frown slipped into something that could nearly be called a smile, but not quite. "And I can watch out for myself. No one would try anything in this crowded place, if they're even here at all." She shrugged, not specifying who she was talking about as she stared at Long. "Ten minutes."

"People are capable of lots of things..." Long commented as he pulled his hand back. He leaned against the wall behind him as he crossed his arms. Lowering his head and having his hair flow over his head in a distinctive pattern, he fell alseep.

"Don't forget, if you run into trouble... just tag me...." Long said yawning lightly as he fell alseep for the first time. His breathing was calm, and his body rested. His mind wasn't fearful, but his happiness so far comforted him and caused him to become relaxed.

His light breathing could be heared, almost like a child's breathing. Long looked very peaceful in his sleep. He almost looked like the bad guy that would lean himself on the wall in a cool manner resting there.

Rin watched him silently, the not quite smile still tugging at her lips. So he was just going to sleep, standing? "Alright..." she said quietly, and remained staring for a moment longer, to see if he really was asleep. It actually seemed like he was. She took a small step back, then tore her gaze away and to the coins she held instead.

"Alright, ten minutes," she murmured under her breath, glanced once more towards Long, and slowly wandered off towards the arcade. She really didn't picture any trouble starting. How could it? Everything seemed okay. So she'd go around and watch people play games, maybe attempt a few on her own. Then she'd give the rest of the coins back to Long, so he could play something. It was a little unsettling though, how he'd hit the targets so accurately in that game, despite being nearly asleep. But she shrugged it off, watching someone play a game called... Dance Dance Revolution?

Long had leaned there almost lifeless. He was dreaming of the wilderness, the cool night touching his skin, and causing him to feel alert and uneasy, even if it was his dream. Wolfs howling, animals brushing about and moving. Long himself was in his normal clothing as he stood in the middle of a clearing.

Long clenched his fists, knowing fully where he was, the wilderness he knew for the longest time. He however didn't expect a shaded figure with glowing yellow eyes to appear before him. Long tensed and readied himself, into a rushing offensive. The blue shadded figure shot itself like a serpent at Long with it's teeth bared and claws extended.

On the conscious world however, Long hand actually tensed as he slept. He was unaware of how he was acting in the real world. Long himself groaned lightly as a slash of three claws appeared at his abdomen only cutting his shirt lightly.

Rin was lost among the arcades, strangely fascinated by each and every thing. Of course, she wasn't so enthralled that she failed to pay attention to Long, and what time it was. She'd glance over towards him every now and then, but she failed to notice he was tensed, and the faint scratches that'd appeared on his clothing. She was too far away to see.

So she wandered around the arcade a little more, finally stopping at one of the racing games. This one was a motorcycle. The seat was actually shaped like the vehicle, and you sat upon it while racing along the course. It tilted in accordance to what was done on the screen. So, after a small hesitation, Rin popped in the proper amount of coins and stuffed the rest into a pocket, clambering onto the fake motorcyle and starting it up.

Long finally woke himself up since he felt that the fighting in his dreams were nightmares. He looked up and found himself only 5 minutes of sleeping. He didn't want to go back to sleep, his paranoia was elevated as he walked over to the arcade with his hands in his pockets once more. He couldn't tell Rin he couldn't get to sleep well enough that he was afraid of getting a nightmare, but the claw cuts on his shirt are freaking him out.

For Long however, this would have been freaking him out, but this was the cause of may paranoias before. He walked quietly, almost creeping around the arcade as he tried to look for Rin. But finding a bench, he sat down to calm himself down. He was too instilled to kept calm, and him crossing his arms almost hugging himself seemed to point it out.

In his dream, Long felt confident to fight the odd being in his dreams, but it didn't work out. In his mind, Long ended up becoming confused and frightened, and that he didn't know how to react to the creature in his nightmares. Long lightly curled up his legs to his chest as he sat there at the bench.

The game was kind of fun, Rin had to admit. She'd never ridden anything like it before. It actually turned along with the one on the screen! If she hadn't had such a look of concentration upon her face, one of her rare smiles may have made an appearance. After it ended, she did a little more wandering around, still glancing over towards Long every now and then.

But one time, when he looked up, he wasn't there. She was expecting him to be so much that she looked away, then realized, and did a double take. Her eyes widened slightly and she stared around, actually feeling a small bubble of panic welling up. But she pushed it back down, her regular small frown across her lips now as she looked through the crowd.

Eventually she saw him, sitting huddled up on a bench. She just stared at first, confused, then hesitantly made her way towards him. "...Long?" she asked quietly, standing in front of him. She looked a little worried, unable to hide it, her hands fidgeting before her.

Long looked up after speding sometime looking at the floor and moping around. He slowly saw that it was the same pair of shoes as him, it could mean that the person in front of him was Rin, and he would have figured out who she was by hearing her voice.

"Having fun?" Long asked putting up an act while avoiding any attention to himself. He wasn't going to tell her that he couldn't sleep because of a bad dream that could harm him. Instead he came up with a little white lie.

"I couldn't get any sleep..." Long spoke as he lightly turned his head to make direct eye contact with her. His mouth was saying things, but his body language was about as clear as a transparency paper. He knew he was lying lightly, but he had to. Some things were best not mentioned at all.

He brought his legs down to meet the floor as he kept his eyes on her, "So... we have a couple minutes still, wanna get some food and head for the movie?" Long asked since the 45 minutes seemed to go by pretty fast. He was trying to calm himself to remind himself why and what he was doing here. After losing his focus, Long did seem less confident in himself.

Rin stared silently for a second or two, frowning faintly. She stood straight though, letting her hands drop back by her sides again. "Yeah..." she murmured. She guessed she was having fun. Just, she was a little.. confused now. He couldn't get any sleep? But he'd been falling over a short while ago. He'd actually fallen asleep for a while, hadn't he? But she shrugged it off, deciding not to pry. It wasn't really any of her business, after all..

So she gazed steadily back at him, then turned and glanced towards the stand where people appeared to be getting food from. "...sure," she agreed with a slight nod of her head. "The buttery popcorn?" Her voice held a tone of anticipation suddenly, as she recalled their earlier discussion on what to get. Meanwhile, her hand slipped into her pocket, withdrawing the pile of coins, and then held them out towards Long. "I didn't use very many.. Want them back?"

"Keep them, if you want to come back here and play when the movie's over...we can..." Long said standing up and moving his hands under hers to close her hands. He lightly looked in the direction of the concession stand as he lead the way.

"Buttery sounds good..." Long spoke attempting to calm himself before watching the movie. He turned around to wait for Rin to catch up. Long could note that the claw markings on his abdomen area looked very real as he looked and observed it closely, trying to figure out if it was the cause of his sleep.

He suddenly stopped prying and looked over at Rin with a cool and controlled face, "Want anything to drink?" Long asked as he turned his head over to her while putting his hands in his pockets.
