Elizabeth looked down at the mercenary. How was he going to catch her with his eyes closed. ' I'm coming...' Nervously, she stepped upon the window's ledge then, jumped. Her eyes closed tightly, fists clenched at her chest. He wasn't in the best position to catch someone and she didn't really trust it. She was entrusting him with her life for quite a large sum of money, he wouldn't let her die.

Elva peered over towards her, as a frown appeared on her face. She slowly turned away as she once again rested her head against her knees. In a low tone, she spoke. "I'm sorry..." Thoughts rushed through her head as she listened closely to Kristen. You can't trust everyone... I learned that the hard way... A low sigh fell pass her lips as she hugged her knees tighter against her chest.
Like Kristen, she too was alone; They were somewhat the same. Although, Elva had always had her father by her side, that damned demon as Shiero had recalled eariler. Even after all the evil he had done; all the blood he had shed, Elva could never forget him. She was his little girl, something that her sister had envied her for. Now that was a surprise...
Closing the lids of her eyes gently, Elva fell into some sort of sleep. It was as though she were dreaming but she was still awake. She saw her father, a smile plastered upon his face, his arms spread wide open, a cheerful laugh escaping his lips...
Then, the scene changed...
There laid her lifeless father, his blood spatted everywhere across the ground. A blurry vision of someone else stood in her way, standing over his dead body... Shiero.

He tapped his foot in wait. Why had he expected this woman to trust him so easily? Her voice sounded faint and weak, but as she began to fall, he held his eyes closed, continuing to stand.
And sure enough, Elizabeth had landed in his arms, the formal bride-groom stance. Peeking his left eye open he looked down at her with a grin plastered across his face. "I told you I wouldn't let you fall..." He repeated, dropping one of his arms abruptly, allowing her feet to touch the ground.

Her eyes were still glued shut. She surprised herself that she hadn't screamed. Her arms were wrapped tightly around his neck and the grip grew even tighter as he let her feet fall. She was still afraid. A few seconds past and she finally released her hold on him. She was still a bit shaking but that would pass. '...Thank you.'

"'Ey, not a problem." He announced, standing her up with his remaining arm. He saluted the woman,shaking off the awkward feeling whens he had wrapped her arms around him, it was to be expected though. "So.. where was it that you needed to go, exactly?" He asked, his felt hand rubbing the back of his neck.

Elizabeth didn't really know where it was she was going. ' Anywhere away from here...' She spoke allowed, here eyes on the ground. She felt embarrassed having hiered a mercenary to travel with her, without even know where it was they were going.

"...?" Lucifer stood before her, a brow raised in confusion. "You don't know where you want to go?" He asked, continuing to keep his eyes locked on her. "Well..." He began before closing his mouth again. "..."

' I'm sorry... I rushed into this too fast... ' She turned her back to him, her hands hiding her face. ' I just need to get out of this house, and away from my family...' She spoke her voice soft, and frightened.

"Ah.. I see." He responded, staying silent for a moment. "The normal... distressed princess eh? Need a little fresh air?" He asked with a smile. Lucifer has delt with her kind before. He figured that Elizabeth would eventually get homesick and would want to be taken home. "Come... I know a place that you would like.." He said to her, beginning to walk away from the manor, slipping his hands into his pockets.

Elizabeth turned, smiling slightly. He thougt her knew her, just another stuck up princess, but there was more to her than that title. ' Where might this place be?' She asked, picking up her pace to catch up to Lucifer.

"You'll see." He replied, taking in a deep breath before pulling a set of worn in leather gloves from his pockets and pulling them over either hand. Pushing his hands out away from his body, Cullen exhaled before beginning to speak.
"In the memory you'll find me,
Eyes burning up,
The darkness holding me tightly,
Until the sun rises up..." He whispered lowly. A dark void began to form infront of him as he finished the hymn, shifting his eyes to the woman behind him. "...Come along.."

Kristen said, "Its fine. So in a way I guess I'm sort of like you," She turned towards Violent and noticed she was some what in a trance. "Violent? You okay?" Kristen asked, sounding a bit worried.

Elizabeth had never heard such a hymn. She watched as the dark void appeared, swallowing hard. She never trusted realm portals, they didn't seem safe at all to her, but it was the only way to get to other realms. She stepped through the portal, hating every second of it.

As Kristen voice reached her ears, Violent's eyes widen, snapping out of her daze unexpectedly, falling backwards, leaning on the edge of the leaf, almost falling off. She quickly leaned forward, catching her balance, shifting her eyes to the girl to the side of her. Her breathing became shortened as she stared at Kristen with widened eyes. "I-what?" She spoke, holding tightly onto the edges of the leaf, so not to fall off.

"Here, come on its probably not safe sitting right here. Lets go more towards the trunk where its more stable." Kristen offered her hand to Violent to help her.
