"Goodnight, Taka." Sapheria had watched her brother for a moment, before moving off to bed as well.
---
As morning came, Sapheria snuggled further into the pillow. Just five more minutes...
Meanwhile, Taka had woken up a bit ago, and had only lain on the couch to stare at the ceiling. Part of his mind made him stay there, like a good boy, til Sapheria or Toran had awakened. Shifting slightly, Taka ran a hand through his messy blonde hair. Just because he was waiting, didn't mean he wasn't bored out of his mind.

Toran wiped sleep from his eyes, peering into the familiar room to spot someone laying on his couch. "It's Taka, isn't it?" He inquired quietly, watching the man carefully. His mind searched carefully, though it could not find a real reason for his to be all that cautious, not this early.

At his voice, Taka slowly sat up. "Yeah. Your Toran, right?" He offered a friendly smile, though the man's fatigue was somewhat apparent from nights with a lack of sleep.

"I am." Wandering over to the couch, he peered down, smiling slightly back. "So... Umm..." Why are you here sounded too rude to him, so instead he wandered a little bit back aimlessly, before an idea popped into his head. "You hungry? I'm sure we've got breakfast stuff somewhere in the house. Then again, I'm never always sure."

"A pleasure, then." Taka's smile grew at the sound of food. "That would be--!! I mean.. I would love some, Toran." Taka inhaled, still feeling a bit of tension in the air.

"Come on, then." Chuckling, he wove his way to the kitchen. Ferreting through the cabinets and pantry, he searched for something to offer up to Taka. "Want cereal or pancakes or what? Saph went shopping the other day, I can probably find most anything." AHA. Pancake mix. Mmmmmmmm, pancakes. But there were waffles in the freezer. And Pop Tarts. Syrupy goodness or Pop Tarts? Hmmmmm... A delimma indeed.

Taka stood up from the couch, stretching his arms before wandering into their kitchen. "Pancakes sound better then cold cereal." He grinned, watching the other man look through the cabinets.

Pancakes. Not waffles or Pop Tarts. Picking up the pancake mix box and a woman-shaped bottle of syrup, Toran plopped both on the counter before pilfering more for a bowl to mix and a pan to cook their breakfast in. Successful in his ventures, he got the milk out of the fridge, looking at Taka, feeling a bit easier around him now. "Go see if Saph's awake and ask her if she wants some pancakes, please."

Nodding, Taka walked back out of the kitchen. He meandered down a hallway, coming short of their bedroom. Lightly, he knocked on the door. "Saph? You awake?" The door opened, revieling a dressed Sapheria. "You want some pancakes?"
Running a brush through her hair, Sapheria smiled. "Yeah, that sounds good. I'll be out in a minute."
Returning back to the Kitchen, Taka reported back to Toran. "She's awake, and she said she'd like some pancakes."

"Great!" Toran replied, smiling. He added some things to his bowl of wonders before he began stirring, stopping every few minutes to make a guess at how good the batter was. Finally satisfied, he began cooking. "Two big pancakes gonna be good enough for you?" He asked, busily working.
