Durithill froze at the sound of the voice that now ordered drinks. "How long's it been?" he said to the voice, without looking at it. He didn't need to, he knew who it was. "50,000 years? You haven't forgotten me, have you?"

Adromelek finishes his glass of ale and leans back to look at whoever Durithill was speaking to.
'The Raine you were speaking of, I presume.'
He said mostly to himself.
'The odd coincidences that bring those together that are so far apart.'

"Durithill the Blood Drinker!" yelped Rathios in surprised and he back away slightly from the man. His hand was resting firmly on his sword, and his wings flew out breifly to indicate he was of the council. "You... you... you..."

With the bartender coming out the the drinks, Raine blinked ad shifted her eyes immediatly to a familar voice. She had heard it over the chatter and odd noises. Her eyes had opened widely. "Duri--" Raine was cut of by Rathios. Raine had kepy her wings hidden, she was not one for reputaion. "Wa--Wait!" She stammered, a desperate look upon her face. "Rathios, Hold on a minute..!" Her eyes darted towards Durithill, no, he couldn't be...
(Edit smile "Blood drinker!" Shouted Veronica, whipping the hood off of her head and withdrawing her scythe from against the bar. "I knew it.." She muttered, prepairing herself for basically anything.

"Yes, Adromelek, this is the Raine I was talking about." he said, turning in his chair to look at her. "50,000 long years, Raine. What's with the fool." he said, gesturing his head toward Rathios. "And what's with this "Blood Drinker" business?" he said, standing up. Everyone, including Rathios, backed up a step.

Adromelek stands up and places his hands on the two blade-sheathes hidden in the folds of his cloak.
'Now I am sure this can be handled without violence, there is no need to spill water here.'
Adromelek backed up Durithill and made himself seem small but intimidating and deadly, like a scorpion.

"What do you mean "what's with this Blood Drinker business"? You've slughtered thousands of innocents, and you stand there like it's nothing! Like you didn't do it!" Rathios yelled at Durithill, apparently having found his voice.

Far too many.. She thought to herself. With a soft sigh, Raine, too, spread her now white wings representing she was part of the council. "Back down, Rathios, he won't do anythi--.." Raine found herself soon inturrupted by the woman with the scythe.
"Don't be playing oblivious, boy! You know how much blood you've spilled!" She hissed, shooting a death glare at Raine for defending him. "How dar you defend such a terror, witch!"

Durithill's eyes, which had now returned to blue, shifted from Raine, to Rathios, to Veronica, and back to Raine. "Raine, do you mind filling me in on what I've apparently been doing?" he said, his eyebrow raised in a question.

"Killing.." She began. "Killing innocent people.." She muttered glancing over at Veronica. "Lower your god-damn weapon!" Raine screamed at the woman who hesitantly obeyed, surprisingly. "I didn't believe it.." She whispered, hoping in a way that they had all heard her response, but then again, she hoped it wasn't heard.

He watched as the conversation goes about. He would see to it that at the very least, this went down peacefully. He did not know who was right and who was wrong, but until he did he would be on Durithill's side.

"I haven't killed anyone since I came back 10,000 years ago-" he began, but Rathois cut him off.
"You lying b*****d! You're just like your fath-" but he was cut off also, and almost literaly. Within seconds Rathois found Durithill's massive black blade held at his neck, cold fury in Durithill's eyes.
"Don't you ever compare me to him." Durithill said slowly, controlled anger in each syllable. His eyes were burning, but he was obviously controlling his anger so he didn't transform. He slowly lowered his sword and put it back in his sheath.

With a sudden gasp, Raine ran up beside the two worridly with her arms outstretched between them. She was facing Durithill. "Relax!" She said suddenly, glancing back at Rathios. "I told you those reports were lies!"

"What's with this angel, Raine? Been hangin' out with them since then?" he said, still staring at Rathios. He had either forgotten, or was ignoring Veronica.
"What do you mean what's with me? What's with you! You claim you didn't kill anyone, and a minute later you've got that evil blade of yours pointed at someone's throat!" Rathios cried, pointing at where Durithill was.

Raine had sudden;y felt quite.. hurt from the comment Durithill had goven her about Rathios, though she tried not to let it show. Why would he say something like that in the first place? Raince covered her ears brilfy as the bickering continued. "Stop!" She yelled, Spreading out her arms, her palms reaching either man's chest. "Would you just shut up for a moment?!" She screamed, obviously angry with the two things that had just happened.
