Has to be Nyu or something. I think I heard though that the manga says somewhere that when the horns are lost that "crazy" voice is lost as well.

I have never read the manga I've only seen the anime but I do think it's Nyu and they left it open like that for a second set of episodes.

I think it is Lucy, especially because of the posture of the shadow at the door. We have seen Lucy stand that way many times before. I think the reason Nana couldn't sense her was because Lucy's horns were broken causing her to lose the ability to control her vectors.

i think it was Lucy. the shadow has the same figure, looks fatigued (which would have come from fighting the soldier), shadow even had the same hight. not to omention if you saw the special epsiode that came after the final episode it has nyuu in it. this special episode seems to take place after the final episode.

its nyu cause at the end the clock works and nyu was into the clock and the music box broke and lucy liked the music box

I think the shadow behind the door is Lucy/Nyu.
Lucy is the evil, she never stops to kill; Nyu is the Lucy's good part.
Lucy likes the music box (which playing the sad song "Lilium"). This music box represents Lucy.
And Nyu likes the clock (which broken since the Kouta's family slaughter caused by Lucy). The clock represents Nyu.
At the end, the music box stops playing which means that Lucy died but at the same moment the clock starts ringing which means that Nyu still alive.
The shadow behind the door must be Lucy. The evil is left, leaving only the Lucy's good part : Nyu; because she was forgiven by Kouta, and avenged of Kurama (-> revenge's reference episode 10.5, between episode 10 and 11).
