-she blocks out everything around her and focuses on the voices of the Elders in her mind-
So many are gone..-she thinks to herself, remembering what the old days were like-

Nika lifts her head up a little and wades over to him. "Hello," she whispered, almost shyly. *face starts blushing* umm... hi stare sweatdrop ... Nika turned away to hide her flushing face. "I'm Nikalita...How are you?" ...Nobody... I'm doin fine stare ...*looks back* ummm... you? neutral "Nice to meet you...Nobody..." she muttered shyly. "I'm good...Um..." She tries to find something to talk about but words failed her, and her cheeks crimsoned. You shy because I'm a kid? well... don't worry about it, I don't know what to say either...*blushes* She glances at his ears. "It's just...I've never...hm...I wish i had a kid like you..." that was quite thoughtful you, Thank you 3nodding , but no one would want me, some because... well... stare *clinches onto his shirt* you wouldn't want to know... cry She pulls him over, away from everyone else. "Go ahead," she cooed. "I'll listen..."

*He slowly begins to turn the door as he walks into the room trying not to disturb anyone. He makes his way down to a bench as his loose jeans begin to float along behind him. As he reaches the bench, he lays down on it letting his long jet-black hair flow into the water so the tips glisten with light coat of droplets. Slowly, he closes his eyes as he lets his body relax against the smooth wet surface of the stone. He seems to be at piece as his hair and the loose rags of his clothes flow along with the water of the hot spring*

Nika flew from one tree to the next. Suddenly, her ears twitched, as did her nose. She could smell someone familiar. "Gargoyle," she muttered, turning gracefully on a branch and heading back to the spring.
As she approached the spring, she could see Gargoyle carefully heading into one of the private springs. "Maybe...I should join him?" she asked herself. "No," She shook back a sudden wave of emotion. "I'll stay back...he'd probably like it better..." So she sat on a branch just outside and slightly above the private spring. There was a small sliver of a hole in the thatched roof. Nika could see him, relaxing in the water. She pushed back another wave of emotion, and, in her distraction, did not hear the demonic bird-like creature swoop down until it was nearly ontop of her. She twisted her body to avoid the sharp talons of the monster. It swung back around in a wide arc, preparing for another attack. Nika, now, had gained her balance and stood at her full height, her right arm changing into the demon form.
"You think you--" Suddenly, another bird monster can from behind, screeching, "Kill her!!" Nika moved, but not fast enough. The bird clawed her left arm, throwing her from the tree and through the roof of the hut. She hit the water hard, her blood turning the water around her dark. She came up, spewing water in all directions and holding her human arm with her demon hand. Her eyes glowed red.

Nikalita ISGargoyle *He quietly does a low sigh to himself as his ears p***k up listening to every movement of the wind. His senses and body seem to be engulfed in the steadyness of the water that engulfed his body. He seem like he was in a deep peaceful slumber while the water flow along each craves of his body. As she the roof falls in and Nikalita falls into the water, a small smile grows across his face* Now Nikalita, a woman such as yourself should be able to defend herself. Especially, if you hope to join royality such as my family. *He slowly rolls over onto his side as a few strains of his hair begin to rise out of the water. He lays with his back towards Nikalita and his face towards Death* Death, you know I like to keep my bathing moments private except for invited company. But don't worry, you and Nikalita are both invited right now *He giggles as he slowly slides his vest off and lets it swept away in the ripples of the water* Nika's eyes stopped glowing as Gargoyle spoke. The icy barrier around her heart melts away, and she curls into the water. Her left arm still bled, but not nearly as much. She was confused. Join his family? Royalty? she thought to herself. "What are you talking about?" she asked, her heart burning with an unexpected passion. I know Gargoyle, but I could not help myself, my efforts to reclaim my memory was not working, and it was getting awfully boring. So I thought I'd slither on over.. And Nika, I can fix that arm of yours if you wish.. -she stared at the crimson blood flowing through the water as her own eyes filled with crimson. she battled with the blood lust dwelling deep inside her- And it'd be best that the bleeding stops sooner, rather than later..
