Ok, now I'm really getting irritated here. I did 8 polls today and get no gold now. I get 1 gold per post. Is this happening to anyone else. If not, is there a place to report it. Surely this isn't how it's going to be now. If it is, I'm so done because one gold at a time isn't going to make questing or earning gold for any item at all worth staying for.

i'm really not sure what's going on Rue, the last system did give you more gold, as they said it would, once we figured out how to get the best from it.
but this one seems to want you to do the barest minimum on the site and then clear off for the rest of the day confused
a little strange!

As long as it's not just me. It's just really discouraging only earning one gold at a time. I'm sorry for sounding so negative but I just don't know how else to earn it. I had it figured out that knowing I could make 2k a day gold that I would have my anklets sometime in January. At this rate, it might be January 2009 I get them and by then they will be out of reach.

I haven't stuck around long to try to earn gold because I know the drop-off happens quite fast, nor have I switched accounts all that much to do things on every account. I suppose if we really want to earn steadily we could either run around towns and shake trees and sell the flowers/trash/bugs we collect, or fish a lot and sell those or the items they turn into. neutral

I noticed this yesterday as well. I was polling.....and after not too long I was down to one gold and then no gold not to far behind that. confused

well rest assured that the whiney teens will be complaining in their 1000's about this newest system, so the admins should be well aware it how rubbish it is by now rolleyes

Yeah, I'm going to have to switch accounts after this post so I can start earning som e gold again! I was doing pretty well though, I think that may be becasue I only use 2 accounts at work and 2 at home.

i've been watching my earnings closely today.
i've answered to posts in 3 guilds and watched the gold steadily decreasing, did maybe 3 polls in that time.
then i tried posting in the forums to see if that made a difference, but i only received 1 gold for that rolleyes
so i did a bit of polling until poll gold ceased, which was after 10 polls.
so on this account today i have earned 500 gold, now i can go and vote and comment on someone in the arena for a little bit more, then it's time to swap to someone else.
i have my guild to visit yet, but i don't think must will have happened there since last night, so i'll be limited a bit to polling really on other accounts, which wont get me 500 before their gold runs out.

not sure what the admin were thinking saying we'd be
