Hikoto woke up and looked around he grabbed his sword and managed to get on his knees and use the sword as support and started walking out every step was agonizing pain but he kept going ((apartments))

Hikato looked around the arena and saw some parts chared and a few kunai he started training by running around in the arena 100 laps then more

when he didnt realize that he was now running on the walls and with even his decreased speed the air was rising into a funnel but he kept going and was going to try 500 laps once he meets the 100

as he kept going it the funnel was starting to strengthen but all that was on his mind was to get better and he wasnt on lap 500 so he kept going no matter what

when he finally reached the 500th lap the funnel turned into a twister but it went into the air and flew off somewhere

Hikoto opened his eyes when he was done meditating and say that he was floating over a crater "hmm turns out during my meditation chakra was going down to my lower half" he then sank to the ground and stood up then walked to the apartments

Shijo returned to the arena, after finishing his breakfast. He was wanting to get a quick morning practice in before the first team practice. He put his bag down to the side and unsipped it, taking out his weights.
