Well, let's see. Besides being also known as The Brigeeda (applause applause BOO applause applause), I'm 21 going on 22 in September, about 5'11" and not exactly "petite". Quite possibly the biggest geek in my family, I'm also proud to be #8 out of 10 children as well as being prone to moods of silliness and nostalgia (current fad: MLPs).
I'm a high school graduate and supposed to be in college as an Art Major (Illustration or Commercial Art haven't decided). After working a semester for college credit at WDW, I didn't re-register so it's been awhile since I've been in school. Hope to start up again soon though, I really want that friggin' degree. Worked as an Intern at Wizard/Anime Invasion for a few months before scoring my current job as Toys R Us cashier.
Right now I'm almost done recovering from...well, I really don't want to just throw it out in the air but if you wanna know you can just ask. Will be back to work by the end of the month and hopefully college in the fall.
Yeah. >_<

Tournament was today. My students all did great. I'm really proud of them. As for me, I did pretty good. See, in this area there are the guys would always win thses things. In the forms and weapons it's Brian Hobson, Ray Collins, and Mike Bolton. I've been chasing these guys for the whole time I've been doing tournaments. I got 3rd in kata and weapons today. I'm right behind these guys, and now i got guys chasing me. Feels good.
As for fighting, I must say I don't think I like being the lightest heavyweight. I weighted in at 186 pounds. The guy ahead of me was 286 pounds. On guy was 6'8" and over 300 pounds. They could have just tossed me out of the ring. Still, I made a decent fight of it, and it last the whole 2 minute round. I was behind on points, so no trophy for that one.
It was fun. I got to see my buddies that I only see at the tournaments. Got to watch my kids do well. Got to judge a bit. The high up instructors and the people running the tournaments actually know me by name now.
Yeah, it was a good day. 3nodding
