Christian was DDT'd and hit the mat fairly hard, rolling on his back.
Matt was at ringside now with the IC title.

Cyrus looked at Matt for a moment then climbed the turnbuckle He pointed to Matt and went for a Cyrus Splash to Christian.

Christian was able to roll out of the way of the splash.
Matt started to laugh at Cyrus.

Cyrus rolled over in pain with the wind knocked out of him.

Christian got up after a few seconds to get his berrings. He noticed Cyrus on the mat and went to lock in the Texas Cloverleaf.

As the Texas Coverleaf was being locked in Cyrus quickly went for the ropes.

Christian quickly tried to pull him towards the center of the ring, seeing that Cyrus only had the use of his left arm, he figured it'd be easy.
Matt made his way over around the ring so he'd be near the ropes where Cyrus was reaching, just in case.

Seeing how the ropes were no longer an option Cyrus used his arm and attempted to pull Christians foot from underneath him and trip him.

Christian struggled but eventually fell.
Hardy hoped on the apron now, yelling at Cyrus.

Cyrus struggled to get up with pain filling is leg and back, he waited for Christian to get up.

The referee was yelling at Matt, trying to get him off the apron.
Christian, with the referee distracted, tried to send his foot right in the crotch of Cyrus from the mat.

The kick hit and Cyrus fell to the ground in pain.

Christian went to drag Cyrus to the center and grab his right leg, circling around it and trying to lock in the Figure 4 Leg Lock.
If the hold was applied, Matt would get off the apron.

Cyrus struggled towards the ropes but couldn't inch close enough so he submitted to the figure four.

When the bell rang, Matt slid in the ring and started to punch Cyrus's head
Christian kept the hold on.
