Eh. I was young and My dad listen to them alot.
I grew up listening to metallica.
and when i was alittle older,
i starting to teach myself how to play there songs.

Guitar Hero Metallica started me liking the band, then, I just "morphed" my favorites to add Metallica.

When I was a kid I heard the song Enter Sandman and fell in love with that song and got into Metallica.

at first it was because my dad was a huge fan and i wanted to be more like him, but then when i heard the music... wow.

i'd have to say the first time i heard Blackened, it came on the radio and i was hooked, i bought a tribute album by mistake, and still loved the s**t out of it. motorhead playing whiplash smile

well, a friend made me to listen to the band, I didnt like it at first, I was not used to hear such a heavy music, but then I started listening to SOAD, AX7, Dragonforce etc, and when I tried to listen again to metallica I just loved, although the greatest band of all is MERCENARY!!!!!

Both my parents used to work all day long, so my uncle had to babysit me...he is a huge fan of them... so I listen to them since I was a baby =3= XD

i was born with a tape player in my hands and headphones on my head the tape player contained a golden tape the tape was metalica

For Me It was Master of Puppets that got me Hooked and I'm never removing them from my iPod Ever.
Went to see them twice at the O2 Arena in London and was blown away, Death Magnetic Tour turned my mind into mush!!! twisted

Was at a friends house, had had his guitar
I had mine (back when i knew little about guitar)
He started playing some stuff and i was like
SOUNDS EPIC!!!
Thus, METALLICA was tattoed into my soul!
