"Well.." Aphrodite bit her bottom lip nervously. "I think she might have been part of the reason I was jumped.. She had told me afew days ago that if I ever tried to see Love again, that she would let them come after me..." Her ears pinned back, scared of his reaction. She was not quite sure what to expect from Tuomas.

Tuomas' face was hard to read. It seemed more tense, but it didn't seem to show any emotion in particular. He was thinking this over in his head. Could she really be that cruel? He sighed a bit and held her close. "Despite what you have said about her, I can't help but doubt that she'd be so foolish. But, regardless.....the damage is done." He smiled to her gently. "However, I will protect you from any further damage. They have my wrath to face now."

Aphrodite hugged him tightly. "Christmas does not think I can do anyone any good when I love them." She then nuzzled his cheek and stared into his red orbs. "Promise me that you will come back to me always in one piece?" She knew she could not stop him should he see them. It would be unfair of her to make him promise not to confront him. She knew that he wouldn't agree to something like that anyway. So this was the next best thing.

Tuomas smiled to her and hugged her close, nodding a bit to her promise. "Of course. I swear to you that I will always come back to you in one piece. I'm too stubborn to die." He chuckled a little at that and nuzzled his nose to hers.

A flap of wings and a quick glance here and there before Arioch set foot on the ground. He was a little nervous about even being here, his hand clasped around something precious he wanted to give to Song. He fondled the precious gift in his hand before placing it behind him, stroding towards the house door and knocking on it with his free hand. His wings folded around him as a cape as he waited a bit patiently.

Hearing the knocking, Yaruka stopped washing the dishes and wiped her hands dry. She rushed to the door and opened it, seeing a curious looking demon standing before her. She straightened out her hair and smiled up to him. "Yes? May I help you?"

Arioch blinked down at her, a small blush crossing his face. "Uh.. I was told Song lived here...is she around?" he asked. He wondered if he even had the right place.

Yaruka smiled up at him and nodded. "Yes, Song does live here. She's not here at the moment. She left with Jealousy to go to the shop." She looked up to him curiously, friendly the entire time. "Is there anything I can do for you?"

He thought about that. So he had the right place but she wasn't around. A small pout formed on his lips. "No...thank you though. I'll go find her. Thanks again!" He bowed and turned around to walk away a few steps before waving back. He unfolded his wings and took to air to head for the shop...

Yaruka waved to him and smiled when he left. "So...that must be Arioch. Heh...no wonder Song was so giddy." She giggled and went back to her usual chores.

Yaruka Tuomas smiled to her and hugged her close, nodding a bit to her promise. "Of course. I swear to you that I will always come back to you in one piece. I'm too stubborn to die." He chuckled a little at that and nuzzled his nose to hers.
Aphrodite purred with contentment. But a sigh came passed her lips. She knew what must happen in time. Embracing him with a sensual greeting, her kiss as passionate as it could be. Slowly she released him however. She stood up and smiled to Tuomas. Her golden eyes fixed on him. "I love you, Tuomas, my prince charming."

Tuomas smiled to her, but raised an eyebrow at her sigh. He murred a bit at the kiss, ears and tail twitching excitedly, but he was slightly disappointed when she released him. He stood up to look at her, smiling to her and he took up her hand in his. "And I love you, Aphrodite, queen of my heart." He began to get concerned.

Her hand squeezed his lightly but a rather mature look came over her. It was a rare sight for her to be so serious and to really act her age for a change. And her voice sounded with such a sincerity and wisdom. "Always remember that you are mine." She moved in, hugging him. Her tail waved behind her as it seemed to indicate what she herself thought. Her golden eyes were on the floor. "I should be going. I have matters I must take care of."

Tuomas looked down to her and hugged her close. He didn't want to let her go. He had a horridly sickening fear that he might not see her again. "Please....be careful. I want you to come back to me." He spoke in a whisper, shaking slightly as visions came to his memory.

Her ears pinned back. She hugged him more tightly. "I cannot lie to you, Tuomas. I cannot promise that I will come back as I leave here." Her golden eyes looked up at him. Aphrodite truly loved him. She would ensure that she would be brought back. For him. She reached up and kissed his cheek, her hand petting his cheek softly with the back of her hand. She then ran her fingers through his hair. It was so hard to leave him.
