Firefly smiled and nipped at his mane before trotting a bit ahead of him. "I try and understand the things I don't understand fully. And it is true...my world is quite partial to those things, but that's just what makes us unique I guess in our own aspects."

Sibalto grinned and sped up to keep pace with her, nodding in agreement. His mind turned to his friend Ho'kee, a stallion who wore feathers and bows, and he laughed. Unique indeed!
"That I most heartily agree with." He nodded. "Though.. Somethings just outright baffle me..."

She turned her head slightly to look at him. "Somethings baffle you? Like what?" Flicking her tail, she waited for his reply. Wondering what it was that could baffle him as much as she was baffled about the bridle on his head.

Sibalto laughed. "I am sure if he finds out that I mentioned it, there will be the devil to pay.. But one of my friends.. His two legger put flowers all over him.."
He shook his head. "My Tashika wouldn't ever do something silly like that, especially if she knew I didn't like it."
Giving a shrug and picking his pace up to his once more flowing trot, he flicked his tail a few times. "But then again, perhaps all two leggers are different in how they decorate their Soquili."

Firefly laughed lightly, keeping to her own pace but still keeping up with Sib. "Yes well...that is true. Many owners give their Soquili items that they think would look good on that particular Soquili. Although sometimes Soquili get items that they like to or something that would symbolize their love for another..."

Sibalto nodded. Their love for another? Well.. That explained Ho'kee's bows... Or at least the dappled stallion hoped so.
"What sort of item would represent you?" He asked.
It slipped out before he had a change to think about it, and he glanced away, rather embarrassed.

Firefly didn't quite catch on to his question till he turned his head away. She smiled lightly and flicked her tail a few times, her legs lifting higher as she moved into a small cant. "Hmmm....I would have to say feathers would represent me. The reason being is that they come from birds and most birds are wild and free. They can go anywhere they'd like without the hinderance of haveing to stay in one place all the time. I suppose...that yes they would represent me. Not to mention I'm wearing a bunch of em." She smirked lightly as she slowed down to a walk and looked at him, a raised eyebrow and a slight curious look in her dark eyes.

Sibalto nodded and gave a casual flick of his tail, returning to his careless prancing as though he had never approached the subject. He wasn't sure what had spurred him to ask, and watching her out of the corner of his eye, he was rather worried how she would take it.
She didn't seem irritated or offended, but rather a glint appeared in her dark gaze. Whether from amusement or interest, he wasn't sure.
"Wild and free." He repeated, eyeing the world around them. "That.. Must be a wonderful way to live..."

Firefly shrugged lightly as they continued on, her eyes darting straight forward now. "It has it's moments....but sometimes the wild and free moment gets lonely every once in a while." Her long tail gave a few flicks as she perked her ears forward for a moment then let them lax in their normal position. She was still quite curious as to why he would ask her what item she represented. It made her mind wander slightly before her attention snapped back into reality.

Sibalto nodded, giving a flick of his tail and arching his neck. "Then why don't you find someone among the wild Soquili to share your time with.. They are wild and free, but I've met a few nice ones too...."
He didn't want to say he really liked her, he didn't want to say he'd rather be her friend and share her freedom.. He was afraid he might scare her off.
"Although.. I don't suppose you could persuade a wild Soquili to come to the village to be decorated with feathers..." He gave a nervous smile, feeling he was saying too much, or not the right words...
He felt like a lovesick colt.

Firefly raised an eyebrow slightly as she looked at him out of the corner of her eye. She laughed lightly at what he said and shook her head. "I doubt I'd really be able to pursuade them to come to the village. Though some do hang around the village with their two leggers..."
Her long tail flicked once then dragged along the ground behind her as she walked. She shrugged lightly and continued walking, her msucles in her legs stretching and becoming more languid as she moved about.

((I'm sorry to go OOC.. But Cadaver is SO GORGEOUS! *wants his bebies* ninja heart ))
They paced along in silence for a few moments, when Sibalto grinned at a sudden idea and nipped gently at her shoulder.
"Tag." He smirked, and leapt into a canter, thundering past, hoping she would follow. He headed towards the woods, intending to lead her toward one of his favorite haunts, and tossed a look over one shoulder to see her reaction.

Firefly blinked as he nipped at her shoulder and cantered off after saying tag. She hadn't expected that, that was for sure. A small smirk danced onto her lips before she ran as full force after him. Her hooves digging deep into the earth as they pounded against it. Mane and tail flying backwards like a long streaming banner as she followed him, trying her best to catch up.

Sibalto reared and laughed, throwing himself into the cover of the woods. With as fast as she was running, she would catch him in no time, he knew, unless he could gain some sort of advantage in the woods. A fallen tree prevented him from leaping into a gallop, and instead he had to check himself to leap over it.
Pausing to glance over it, he noted how beautiful she looked with mane and tail streaming, and was momentarily taken by surprise. Shaking his head, he whinnied to her and then cantered off, knowing she could follow.
"Firefly!" He laughed, enjoying himself.

As soon as Sibalto had entered the woods, she herself darted in after him. Though not following exactly behind him. She stayed towards the side in the cover of the shadows, makeing it easier for her to keep herself conceiled. A fallen log layed in the path ahead of her, but she gracefully jumped over it and continued running, gaining on him. Soon, she was nearly ahead of him. A quick smirk and she jumped through the trees landing infront of him and rearing up on her hinde legs, giveing out a loud whinny as she flailed her front legs a bit, her tail snapping back and forth untill she came crashing down onto her front legs. Though she hoped he had enough restraint and time to stop before running into her. If not, well, then him crashing into her would be her own fault.
