Phallyn Brokeback Mt. Not sure if that's technically yaoi, but it definately shouldn't exist. The whole point to the movie was adultry! I'm sorry, cheating is cheating, and cheating is wrong. If you want to leave your spouce because your eyes are straying, fine, but go ahead and do it! I cannot tolerate dishonest people. Anywho, real stupid movie. 2 hours you will never get back.

Some of the pairings/series/etc. I've read about here are just creepy...and others I have to pout at because I actually like them.
Like Brokeback. The cheating didn't bother me too much, since I was too focused on the repression of sexual freedom and social expectations of the time that entrapped them in lives they didn't want to live. It was such a sad movie. It made me want to go hug every homosexual and bisexual I know saying I love them, accept them, and would defend them with my life against bigots and religiously brainwashed drones.
I've watched Level C...it's very PWP (the more recent definition). The eyes were my least favorite part.
But the one yaoi I absolutely abhore is Fujimi Orchestra. It was confusing, boring, and the non-consensual sex really squicked me. I warned all my yaoi friends to stay away from it. No offense to anyone who's a fan.

See, I may be a twisted, disgusting individual...but I'm the type to go in search of these messed up, obscure, bizarre pairings just because I get a kick out of reading them....just to say I have.
I used to have this game with my friends...they'd think of the most random, freakish fandom and I had about 15 minutes to find something yaoi from it. I usually won.

Once, I was on the Twilight thread in the Books forum and I found a bunch of people talking about this fanfiction that a couple of them had read on FanFiction.Net. It was EdwardxJacob and they were going on about how it was really... weird. So, after reading several posts on the subject, I got curious and I searched "edward x jacob" on FanFiction and Oh. My. God. It was scary. burning_eyes I only got halfway through before I had to go back to Gaia and try to read it again a couple days later. I mean, it was waaaaaaaaay too graphic. It still haunts me. eek

I agree with the person who said Brokeback Mountain. That was the most horrible movie I've ever seen. Every bleeding heart goes out and says, 'oh it was so beautiful, they were so repressed they suffered so much'.
NO.
They chose to get married, they chose to become involved with more people, and drag everyone down into their little pits of misery just because they were so in denial about love.
They treated their wives horribly, abusing them and making them practically hysterical, just so they could have their little 7 minutes in heaven meetings once a year. There is NOTHING beautiful or meaningful about that.
To me the only suffering going on in that movie was the suffering of the viewer.

I've never heard of minesweeper although I don't think I'll look into it with all the negative comments. Level C seems pretty pointless unless you just want to see two guys screwing on basicly every page.
