Ryuk got in several more hits before the centipede roared out in pain, swiping him with his tail. But this time, Ryuk saw it coming and reached out with both hands, catching the tail. There was still enough force in the swipe to move him back several feet, but not send him flying through the air. Ryuk eventually stopped the tail, now five feet from the body. Ryuk smiled.
"It seems you're getting tired." He said.
Ryuk quickly drew the dagger from behind his back and in one fluent motion, cut through the second fleshy tendon of the tail, causing the tail to fall off. The centipede roared with pain and renewed anger. It spun around and lunged at him. Ryuk hopped up, avoiding the lunge. There was no doubt in his mind now. The centipede was definitely slowing down. It was either due to the blood-loss, or maybe just the pain. Either way, the centipede was more sluggish, but much more angry. Ryuk jumped into the air and spun around, aiming the dagger at one of the fleshy areas between the armored segments. He threw the dagger, but at the last second, the centipede moved, causing the dagger to hit it and fly off, getting stuck into a tree about ten feet up. Ryuk saw were it landed and swore under his breath.

Ryuk landed a few feet away from the centipede and turned around, just in time to see the centipede lunge at him. Ryuk smiled, knowing this fight would soon be over. He turned around and ran up the tree that had been behind him. the centipede crashed through it with blind rage, causing the tree Ryuk was running up to slowly fall to the ground. Ryuk ran as fast as he could with all his might, trying to reach the dagger before he fell to the ground. Ryuk flipped over to the top of the tree, so he didn't have to defy gravity as he ran. He reached the end of the tree and reached down, grabbing the dagger and kicking off the tree into the air. Once in the air, the tree fell to the ground, ontop of the centipede, trapping it. Ryuk took this time to aim at a fleshy area a few segments below the head. Feeling he could hit it, he threw the dagger. It zipped through the air, almost cutting it as it flew. It reached the centipede and pierced where he had aimed, it going in through the back, and coming out of the front, sticking into the ground. Ryuk hit the ground with a loud thud on all fours and got up just as the centipede whipped around, throwing the tree into the forest. Ryuk slowly moved into the fighting pose he had been using during the fight. He looked at the centipede as it spun around and charged at him.

Xeon spun about wondering around this great forest paying attention though to every step he took and what he had seen. Xeon was at no surprise at the difference in size of the animals here than the ones back home. Xeon smiled. His smile reached from one chin to another as he saw a large group of melons and bananas sitting on the side of a large tree. Xeon quickly twisted his arms below his body and threw himself up into the tree grabbing the bananas as he went by them. Xeon sat down on a long and sturdy branch as he scanned his surroundings coming across a boy who was fighting a large centipede. Xeon's right eye twitched a little watching the huge beast boast around so painfully. Xeon had stood up and hopped to another branch that now showed the image clearfully to him. Xeon swung backwards and grasped onto the tree pulling himself in an upright position sitting on the large branch. He pulled off a banana and peeled it apart and began to chew on it.

Ryuk took in a deep breath, closing his eyes. The centipede was charging right at him in an insane blind rage. Ryuk just took in deep breaths, then exhaled them, his chest rising and lowering with each breath. The centipede was about ten feet away when Ryuk opened his eyes, taking in a deep breath. he bolted forward and thrusted his right hand forward, sending a burst of flames at the centipede, which quickly caught fire. The screams intensified and the centipede rolled around, trying to put out the flames. As it rolled, it squirmed and swung it's tail around, or what was left of it. Ryuk had to jump twice to avoid the swinging tail. After several minutes of screaming, rolling, swinging, and dodging, the centipede put out the flames, but was covered in dark, ugly, burns. It screeched and charged at Ryuk, planning on cutting him in half with it's large pincers. Ryuk held his ground, ready to end the fight. The centipede lunged it's head at him, it's pincers ready. Ryuk didn't move. At the last minute, Ryuk threw out his arms, grabbing the pincers. He held them, using up a lot of strength to keep them from breaking his arms. He growled as he held the pincers.
"I won't be killed by a bug!" He yelled, throwing his arms out and breaking off the pincers.
He then threw his arm forward, sending a bolt of fire through the centipede's head. the fire passed through the head and the body fell to the ground, limp.

Once Xeon saw the burst of flame from the body of the boy his lest eye rose up as he shrugged. In Xeon's mind he thought to himself.Great another lowlife dog of the fire nation.Xeon rose up from the branch as he slipt of the edge of the tree he landed firmly on the ground standing only a few feet from the boy to be exact it was 13 feet away. Xeon waltzed over and placed the large amount of bananas on a tree stump that had been perfectly cut. Xeon sat down and began to chew on another banana. Upon arriving his mind wondered about the boy but gave no suspicion before he would meet him. Xeon rose from his position standing up straight. Xeon wasn't much on rudeness but he still did not like fire nation.
"Hey boy are you another low-life fire nation god?"
Xeon did not mean this he just wanted to know what would happen and probebly cause a small fight only truly to find his intentions.

Ryuk was panting slightly after the battle was finally over. He stood up at full height and wiped some sweat off his forehead. He let out a sigh, glad the fight was over, but sad that he had to kill the creature. He had hoped the giant centipede would have ran away after he had punched the fleshy part between the armored segments, but it didn't and fought until it had to be killed. He stretched his tired muscles and looked around at the mess the fight had made. Trees were knocked over, there were holes in the ground, his shelter had been crushed, and parts of the grass were burnt. Ryuk went over and picked up his dagger, carrying it over to the stream and washing it off before sheathing it and putting it on his belt. He then went over to his destroyed shelter to see if he could salvage anything. Luckily, the leaves and cushioned the centipede's weight. All his things were intact. He put on the second belt, his coat, and the pack on, before walking toward the fire. During the fight, the fire had been put out, but the snake had still been cooked. He pulled the stick out o the ground and took a bite of the snake. It wasn't the best thing he had eaten, but it wasn't the worst. He quickly ate it, then finished the other one before letting out a full stomached sigh. The food gave him back his energy, and he felt almost back to normal. He heard rustling in the bushes and looked up, seeing a large green lizard emerge from the bushes. Ryuk was shocked. There, no more then five feet infront of him was a Mongoose Dragon, his favorite animal. He had one when he was younger, but he had to leave it when he left the Fire Nation. It looked at him, not really afraid, more curious. Ryuk walked over and ripped off a chunk of centipede meat, which he then held out to the Mongoose Dragon. It came over and ate the meat right out of his hands. After a few minutes of feeding, petting, and talking to, Ryuk felt that the Mongoose Dragon trusted him. He now had a mount. Ryuk smiled. Ryuk heard another noise and turned around, seeing a boy land but fifteen feet away from him. The boy asked him if he was a low-life Fire Nation dog, and Ryuk chuckled before stopping.
"No, I'm not. But if you want to fight, you found the right person." He said to the boy.

Xeon stood there smiling at the sight of the green lizard and the boy and his reply. Xeon stood there and turned to face him directly walking foward a little bit himself. Xeon was always happy to accept an invite into a fight.
" Well since your inviting me too sure you can start of course."
Xeon made a hand gesture telling him to start.

Ryuk smiled, the boy had accepted his offer. He was a little tired, but adrenaline was pumping through his veins and he had the urge to fight. Ryuk looked at the boy, then patted the Mongoose Dragon, which he had put his pack on, and it walked a bit away, away from the battle zone. Ryuk then brought his attention back to the boy. He was happy, he got to fight someone who would fight back, and really think, not just charge at him. Ryuk slowly got into his fighting pose. His feet were parted. His left foot forward and his right leg a little bit behind him an to the side, his left foot pointing to the side. His hands were in claw like flat palms, the pointer and middle finger sticking up a bit. His left hand was beyond his head while his right was next to his head. He inhaled and exhaled, something he had mastered when he was training with his teacher. Before he decided to attack, he decided to tell the boy his name.
"By the way, my name is Ryuk." He said.
Ryuk then bolted forward, charging at the boy. He ran with his arms behind his head and his body low to the ground. He quickly reached the boy, and thrusted his arms forward, planning on using several quick jabs to the shoulders and stomach. He didn't want to use FIrebendeing, yet.

A young man stood in the forest, shifting his body as he moved his hands across the air calmly. His body shifted as well while his focus went out to several different stones around him. Raj inhaled deeply, then put all of his concentration onto three of the solid chunks. One by one, he worked on making them rise up and simply float in place.
He was at work to make at least five float now. It was difficult to do being he was fairly out of practice compared to most his age that had been able to practice Earth Bending for some time now. He let out a long breath and brought the fourth one up slowly, causing it and the other three already around him to waver. He stopped making it move and just focused on keeping them up until they gradually stopped shaking with the struggle between Raj and gravity.
Once Raj was sure that they weren't going to try falling, he returned his attention to bringing the fourth one up to the same height as the other three. He let out a a sigh of relief and held one hand straight out, using it to keep part of his concentration on the stones already in the air and then crouched low, brushing the fingers of his right hand across the ground as he began to lift the fifth stone slowly. They were each a fair size larger than his head, so it was definitely a bit of work to manage for a beginner.
The stones began to shake once again with the struggle of extending his focus to multiple pieces of earth at once. This was getting more difficult as Raj began to break out in a small sweat, the spiritual exhaustion being made clear on his body. The stones began wavering again, more violently as he was set on finishing levitating the last rock instead of steadying them all. He let out a frustrated pant as they suddenly all hit the ground, the Earth Bender breathing heavily as he just resumed the motions of the meditative kata. He needed to practice, to become the best so that he could do everything he'd always dreamed of doing.

Xeon's eyes followed his movements like the wind itself. He felt the wind around him and rode upon it as he flipped up into the sky flipping side-ways and landed back four feet. He smiled a large grin and he came up to him holding his palm foward he brought it back as he stopped a foot away and his left hand charged at Ryuk with high focus and strength. His right leg was only inches from his other leg. His right arm was held by his side as well.The grin was removed from his face as he decided to tell him his name.
"Well nice to meet ya, the names Xeon."
The palm reached in closer and closer reaching only inches away now. This was going to be a good match indeed he though deeply in his head. He quickly searched around the body looking for any weapons of concealment only know still that the dagger was something he had and as for him he had two simple swords that were curved at the end hidden behind him only a little longer than a dagger.(Battle with a Firebender)

Ryuk ran at the boy, his eyes locked on, his body ready to strike. Ryuk looked into the boys eyes as he ran back and forth, and saw he was following his movements. Ryuk smiled, knowing this would be a good match.
So far he knows how to watch an opponent, but how well can he fight? Ryuk asked himself.
Ryuk was about to strike, but the boy launched into the air with a mighty leap, leading Ryuk to suspect he was an Airbender.
Either he's an Airbender, or he has very powerful muscles. He thought.
The boy flipped to the side, landing four feet away. Ryuk just bent in, quickly turning, keeping his momentum, and kept charging at the boy. The boy bolted at Ryuk, pulling his hand back a foot away. It was then the boy introduced himself as Xeon. Xeon thrusted his hand forward at Ryuk. Ryuk had studied Xeon's running stance, and had found several areas he could attack, but decided he would save that for later. Ryuk quickly threw his arms forward, creating an X and catching the strike at the bottom of the two arms. He then wrapped his hands around Xeon's wrist and used a burst of strength to try to throw Xeon over himself. He then let go, performing a frontflip before spinning around and facing Xeon in his fighting stance.

Xeon had missed the punch and noticed the grasp over his wrist as he was tossed up into the air. He quickly gained his balance in the air as he grabbed the limb of a tree with his right hand and forcefully pulled himself up. He sat there for a moment watching Ryuk's every small movement. Xeon wasn't ready to start at him with the more productive moves so he simply waved his hand as he had quickly jumped down from the tree. Xeon stood there 6 feet away from Ryuk as he followed in after him with the same movements as before but this time he did not have his left palm out he had both of them and the right one was further back as he grew in closer now 2 feet away he thrusted both palms foward hoping he would catch them. Xeon did have extraordinary muscles not so much to buff out of him a lot but he was also very eased at mind. His momentum changed as only a foot away he quickly dodged down and retreated his palms sending a kick straight at his waist from the ground where he laid his hand down firmly for balance.(Battle with a Firebender)

Ryuk's counter had worked perfectly. He had successfully caught Xeon's arms and thrown him into the air. But Xeon caught a branch with his right hand and sung up onto it, watching Ryuk. He watched for several moments before hopping off the branch and landed six feet away or so. He started to run at Ryuk again, using the same running stance he had used before, only this time he had both of his palms out, his right one further back. Ryuk held his ground, staying in his fighting stance. He had a plan, and was hoping to use it. Xeon reached him and threw his palms forward. It was then, that Ryuk ducked down, planning on sweeping Xeon's feet out from under him. But Xeon quickly pulled back his hands and kicked, aiming for Ryuk's waist area, which was now occupied by his head. Ryuk quickly brought up his arms, blocking the kick. The force of the kick sent Ryuk sliding back several feet before he did a low flip and charged at Xeon, quickly shaking his arms.
"So, he had strength too. This is going to be interesting." He said to himself outloud.
Ryuk quickly reached Xeon and started throwing quick, accurate jabs at Xeon, aimed for the neck, shoulders, chest, and stomach.

Xeon's kick missed but still sent him back aways. He had blocked his kick. This did not surprise Xeon at all though. As Ryuk fell back a little Xeon jumped up and stood waiting and as he charged with his hits one had landed directly at his shoulder. He had grabbed both of his amrs the next time they had come at him by holding them under the wrist and he quickly attempted to throw him to the side at a tree or bush. He had placed his right foot towards the side where he was throwing him and a small pain went through his shoulder as he forced Ryuk around and attamepted to hurl him through the air. This was a small frusturation that had come to Xeon.(Batlle against a Firebender)

One of Ryuk's attacks had hit, catching Xeon directly on the shoulder. He smiled, knowing Xeon would have some trouble with that shoulder later on. One thing he had learned about fighting from his teacher, was the art of attacking your opponents weak spots and pressure points. And the neck, stomach, chest, and shoulders were very good spots. As well as the back of the knee and the side of the back, but he was facing Xeon face on, so he couldn't get behind him. Ryuk went for another attack, jabbing both hands into the stomach, but Xeon caught them by the wrist. He then threw Ryuk into the air. He spun several times before crashing into nearby bushes. Luckily, Ryuk landed on all fours and bursted out of the bushes in a flurry of leaves. He ran as fast as he could at Xeon until he was a foot away. At which time he dived, his feet sticking out to trip Xeon. If he succeeded, he would flip around and drop kick him in the stomach.
Let's see how well he deals with this. Ryuk thought as he slid.
