*a portal opened and smash emerged. he sniffed for mari and sence she was in the training building. he walked into it and went down the hall. the door to the settings was locked but there was a window when he could watch through. he stood there and watched as she seemed to be fighting rather differently than usual*

He wouldn't be able to see her eyes from the posistion she was, but they were not gray, but a silver. She kept her attention towards the goblins and ogres that were coming at her and kept both hands on her mace as she swung it fiercely. She was concentrating on her attacks, but she wasn't steady with them. She was angry.

*he put his hands on the glass as he watched. he was feeling nervous. they had spent a whole week of intense training and now she was exerting herself too far. he wanted to stop her but he was unable to unless she stopped it herself*

One of the last ogres came running at her and she glared at it. Once it was close, she swung her mace full force at its head and it looked as if its skull had been crushed and dented in. It fell to the ground with one blow. There were no more monsters, but the simulation was still running. She just watched as the dead monster disappeared and held her mace at her side.

Mari heard the tapping and looked over to where it was coming from. She couldn't see outside, but she knew that the window was there. She could only figure it was Smash. She walked into the control room and shut down the simulation. Her eyes went back to normal and she unlocked the door so he could come in.

She just gave him a serious look and put her mace down. She crossed her arms and the armor she was wearing scraped on each other and she spoke up. "Nothing. I just need more training."

She glanced away, but didn't change her expression. "I ran into Kano and he's stronger than he was before."

Mari kept her arms crossed and kept looking away. Her emotions not changing. "Just the usuall. How he's looking forward to fighting you and how I'm not worthy enough to even lay a hand on him."

Mari just kept looking where she was and uncrossed her arms, reaching for her mace. "I'm practicing. I'm not strong enough." She then looked over the computer and seen what she could set the next simulation to.
