I know I don't really have a say in anything because I'm new, but do you guys think you're going to be holding a avatar contest for Halloween? I think it would be a lot of fun. You can even make it YuGiOh themed so it follows the guild's theme. XD you could make it a free contest without a prize so everyone could enter, even the guild admins and mods. and on Halloween and a few days after everyone could vote for the best. *cough* Sorry for wasting everyone's time. XD

XD Pixi, you're so generous. You always have some kind of prize in your contests. I'll donate some gold to help too.
I totally think an avatar contest would be fun. Especially around Halloween. :]
Does anyone want to volunteer to make the thread? You can still enter, even if you're holding the contest. If no one wants to, then I don't mind making it.

I'd love to volunteer to make the thread but things have been quite hectic right now so I might not be the best person to do so... my teachers decided to swamp me with homework constantly right when my brother's first kid was born... I ended up having to house sit for him all weekend because he was at the hospital. Oh snap, annoying rant! XD;; Sorry about that. Anyway, if no one else can do it (though it looks like that's not the case) I can host it though I'm not sure if I can do too great of a job.

You could have people just post their submissions straight into the thread so that you'd probably only have to check back one other time to set up a poll.

I was just looking through the member list and I saw that there was a bunch of people who haven't posted at all. I was thinking, should the member list be cleaned out? o-o
I mean, all these people who haven't posted and there's a good chance that some of them might not come onto Gaia anymore. o-o
So is it okay for them to still be members if they don't really do anything? o-o It just kinda seems like a waste. xD;;

Hmm, good point Kitsune Warrior. ^^;; Personally, I agree that if they haven't posted at all, they should at least be questioned about it. However, this decision is quite a big one, so would ultimately be up to BK. I'll PM her about it since she might be too busy for a while to check up on the guild. Thanks for the suggestion. ^^
