Alora shook her head at them both. "Its not my fault you love him Zira. Refuse to believe it all you want..its the truth and deep down you know that to be true. I only pointed it out since you didn't seem to understand or truly realize. But at least its in the open...he did say he may talk about it when you're healed and better. Maybe that can be incentive to rest and heal faster." Alora truly felt sorry for them both..so much alike and both so damn stubborn....heh..funny..they'd make a perfect match. "Zira, its gonna take time until Rahu will open his heart, but if you truly love him, be patient. Spend alot of time with him and get to know him. Let him get to know you. I only just received the priviledge of his trust, but I don't love him that way anymore...I love him as a friend." She sighed as she spoke, and she knew it to be true..she had gotten over her feelings for him that way. Funny how things ended up. She wondered if she would ever love again. Maybe someday, but it would take a special, dark-souled stallion to win her heart. " He doesn't trust easily....but if you want to be with him, then trust my advice. Maybe in time he will open up to you, if he feels you have earned it...patiently..without pushing. Pushing for information or to be told things only makes him not want to tell you all the more. That is how Rahu works...Respect his wishes in that manner, and give him some of your trust and he will eventually open up and return that trust to you. Thats the best advice I can offer you Zira. " Alora watched Rahu disappear from sight. She sighed and laid down next to Zira, pulling out the aloe leaves once again. "I should treat your wound again and then we should really rest for the night. Maybe tomorrow you'll be well enough to start moving around, as long as you get a full night's rest."

Zira repositioned herself so that she was cofortable. She lay her head down and snorted abit while listening to Alora. Zira avoided staring in the direction that Rahu had left in as she lost herself in thought for a moment.
~Is Alora right, am I in love with Rahu? If so how did I let myself get that way? If Im in love it might get in the way of things. Davey will know...Davey will help.~
"Yes, rest sounds like a good idea. I apologize for yelling at you, its not your fault." Zira put her leg where Alora could reach and watched so next time she could do it herself.

Alora nodded as she bit the aloe plant, listening to Zira speak. She again spread the plant all over, getting the gooey sticky liquid all over the wound and again using her tongue to properly reach all parts of it. It was really looking much much better and starting to heal nicely. A soft scab had formed and started to harden. That was a good sign. "Its alright Zira, we all have our heated moments and I was the one who mentioned it so it was natural to lay blame on me at that moment. " Alora positioned herself comfortably. She was growing tired. "Yes, let us rest and sleep now...and tomorrow go see your friend you spoke of. "

Zira got comfortable and oddly enough smilied abit. It had been so long since she felt so safe going to sleep. She had not slept this close to another since she was a foal and her father still lived.
"Alora?....Thanks..." was all Zira said before slipping into slumber.

Alora heard Zira's words as she fell into a deep slumber and cracked a small smile herself. Perhaps she had been blessed finally to have friends much like herself with the same dark, black soul. Even a mean soquili needed love and kinship with others of their kind. So now she ad 2 friends. Rahu & Zira and perhaps by the looks of it, maybe Rahu & Zira might find love with each other...if they both stopped being so stubborn. "You're welcome Zira. And tahnk you too" she whispered her words and soon herself slipped in the dreamworld. Finished! time for a new thread
