It was a promising concept, but, barring the fact that it was just a movie, it could have been a little better in the post infection psychology department.
My main, and only real complaint was that the "Rage" virus caused, as the name implies, mindless rage. So why were all the infected so organized and able to function without turning on one another? Otherwise, decent movie.

I don't see how the infected were organized, but I do think I know why they didn't turn on one another.
The virus is like a zombie virus. Zombies don't attack one another; so why would the infected? The "Rage" virus makes the individual want to attack non-infected persons, just like zombies attack non-infected persons.
Hmm. Well, it makes sense to me.
