If it was sparring, lee would win definitely. If it was a fight for chuunin, lee might lose because naruto would use kyuubi, but lee has gates to fall back on (probably a draw). If it was a fight to the death, Lee would definitely win, because if naruto sommoned the giant frog, or used kyuubi, lee would just call Maito gai to come help, and the 2 of them would open five of their gates and kick naruto's kyuubi-loving butt.

well Lee could dance around Naruto with the weights removed and kick his butt! it depends on the situation
sparring=Lee wins
TO death= Lee wins
Battle for a chunin rank or other stuff like that= Naruto because of his range of techniques the tajuu kage bushin no jutsu, rasengan, and summoning Lee has super human speed, he is stronger, the gates (last resort) But Lee could kill Naruto with the sheer force of Ura Renge(hidden lotus) /naruto could'nt react and he would die from the thrashing
