"Aye, 'course dahlihn." Arch said, leaning down to kiss her on the cheek before he went and started the bus up again. He lessened the inertia, lowering the noise of the engine slightly as he pulled off, driving around for a while.

Arch eventually parked the bus in an alleyway, glancing out the back windows cautiousley, then climbed into the bed with Ruby, paying mind to where Aaron was, after he activated the defensive spells about the bus, just in case.

Ruby sensed him in her sleep and stretched out of her ball, turning next to him. Aaron was on the opposite side making a bed out of one of the big pillows.

Ruby woke up early, always being a morning person, which sometimes had it's tendancy to annoy people (including me who hates the morning with a passion). She smiled at her sleeping angel, and snuck away carefully, to keep from waking him. She paused overlooking Aaron's sleeping form and gave him a soft kiss on the chubby cheek. "Take care of the angel for me, little man." She smiled, standing up, and helping herself to one of Arch's black t-shirts. She slipped it over the top of the gold dress, it still looked ridiculous, but it would do for her trip to the nightclub to work out her new disguise. She pulled at a curl, almost pouting, knowing she'd be giving them up in a little while.
She headed for the door of the bus, giving one more glance back at Arch. A few questions ran in her mind. If she hadn't loved him, or if she'd gone with Bobby instead, where would she be? Would she be married and have that perfect little family she used to hope for when she was a naieve little girl? The kind of dream Gran would have wanted for her. Ruby gave a sad smile as she walked out the bus door. It wasn't like any of it could change the way her powers worked. A dream like that would have killed her.

Arch, for whatever reason, had stopped the bus. Let's say at a stop sign, however unlikely an event like that may be. He peered out, seeing Bobby. He grabbed the mic, switching the speakers to the outside by Bobby. "Whaht'yeh wahnt kihd?"

He said impatiently, the light having turned green, and he drove away. That's right. In the Union City, stop signs can change to stop lights. Them and their crazy Pure Energy, huh?

In the middle of the afternoon a short kid looked up at the large matt bus. it fit the desrciption the lady had given him. He pulled the letter out of his pocket and slipped it in the crack of the door. He then took off to go spend the ten credits she'd given him for delivering her letter.
The note was written on paper she'd stolen from the library desk, and written in a strawberry scented, bright red gel-pen, simply because it was there, and the best choice available.
Feathers,
I only have a few moments, while she thinks I'm asleep. Angel, I love you, I'll always love you, but I can't be with you. She'd kill you, she came close in the hospital. I could feel your pulse, the movement of your blood, like a warm river, and it would have taken less than a snap of her fingers to burst an artery. Your heart would be broken either way that night. I just hope this way it can be healed.
Scarlet has told me she knows a way to save Aaron, the heart alone won't do it. She promised in exchange for more control she would show me, but I may have given her too much control. I don't know if I'll be coming back from this, feathers. I'm being pulled away, but I didn't leave you, I promise I'll never leave you. Wherever you are, my heart will always --I have to go, she's coming back. I don't think you know what I am, I didn't know what I am. The black book was her's, I
The letter cut off abruptly.

Arch entered the bus, the letter going unnoticed as he walked over to the bed. He saw the burnt remains of the fake Ruby lying there. There was a fleeting thought that perhaps that was the real Ruby, and the fake one was the one in the hospital, but he quickly forced the thought from his mind, not wanting to even consider that option. He proceeded to throw the body out the side door, then lay on the other bed, throwing random things at his stereo system until he hit the 'on' switch, soothing metal flowing over him as he closed his eyes and tried to contain himself. He laid their for a moment, when he smelled something. He leaned up, sniffing again. He didn't remember having anything strawberry smelling in here. He quickly searched for the smell, when he found the letter. He picked it up, and froze, seeing who it was from. He gently carried it back to the the bed and began to read it as he sat.
Arch stood up after reading it, his eyes blazing behind his shades. He had to force himself to not hunt after Scarlett that moment and slice her into tiny little bits. He knew it wouldn't do him any good, even if he could manage to beat Scarlett. He couldn't exorcise something that deeply ingrained in a person, and that was if Scarlett didn't kill him the moment she saw him. He had little defense to the blood magic.
He laid the letter down next to him, and put his hands in his head, thinking. He couldn't come near her, he had no defense from her magic.
Arch paused for a moment, allowing himself a grim smile, and cursed. He reached under his bed, pulling out a intricate chest, a heavy lock on the end. He pulled out his key-ring, fitting a fragile-looking key with numerous extremities out, fitting it into the lock and turning it. The chest popped out, and revealed a large amount of unassuming objects.
Arch selected a padlock from the items, fitting another key into the lock. The world around him disappeared into white. "I need to speak to Diruak" He spoke to the white. Moments later, a figure wearing a suit of shining armor and a brown hood appeared before him. He carried a large Gothic shield in one hand, a long sword in the other. "Why do you call for me, Prophecy Protector?" He asked, his voice sounding somewhere between a father and a lion.
"Diruak, I need your help. I don't exactly know what it is, but something evil's goin' down on Earth, and I cannah stop it on me own. My love, Ruby's taken o'er by a witch named Scarlett..."
Arch was interrupted from speaking unnaturally clear by Diruak holding his hand up."Scarlett, you said? The blood mage?" Arch nodded his head. "Then you truly do need assistance. Scarlett is home to a book, and the only of her line to have come close to opening that book. She must be stopped." Diruak sheathed his sword. "I will be coming with you to Earth. Let us go."
With that, they returned to the bus and sat there until I get motivated to write some more.

Coactu walked pass the bus feeling alone and empty. He looked at the one of the windows to the bus to "see" his reflection but seeing as to how he had not a face so it was a pointless gesture. Although he did seem to know something was happening within the bus. "Hello, is everything ok in there?" following the bus' side so he could look for an entrance if the answer was no.
