Ryo kept piling on sand and shaping it carefully. It was a large sandcastle, and he didn't want to knock it over.

For some reason, she made a light blush come to Hikaro's cheeks.
"Ah, my name is Hikaro, and that over there is my brother Raissen. It's a pleasure to meet you." He was all smiles as he bound off to gather long sticks for the flag, stabilization of the tower and weapons."
Raissen was working on a staircase, sneaking glances at Ryo.
"You're very good at this." He said quietly

"I've had practice," Ryo said, looking over at Hikaro. Ryo smiled. "Hikaro has a crush," he whispered, barely audible.

"Nice to meet you too!" she chimed, drawing a star design around the outside of the moat. "And that's my brother Kuroi" she added, pointing to the black haired boy, "And that's Kyuu!" she finished, pointing this time to the exhausted teen.

Ryo finished the tower. "There. How's it look?" he said.

He had returned in time to hear her introductions, "Kuroi...And hey! I know Kyuu!" He said, waving exidedly to the boy he met before. "I did not know he had siblings."
Hikaro handed her a stick to tie her flag to.
Raissen cocked an eyebrow at Ryo, but said nothing, only shaking his head. He ended the staircase with a platform, and attatched it to the walls of the tower. He piled rocks under it for stability.
Hikaro peered at Kuroi, "Is he going to come and help, or is he going to dig all day?"

Ryo walked over to Hikaro. "Dunno. Maybe, maybe not," Ryo said.

"He's probably just going to dig until he falls asleep" She glanced over at him and added in a whisper, "He's kinda shy." Shiro fiddled with the stick, managing to tie the scrap near the end after a few seconds.

Kuroi flopped onto his belly, covering the hole with a protective frown, "Hi?"

Kuroi eased off a bit, sitting back up with a bit of a smile, "Name's Ku-roi!"

"Shy ey?" Hikaro said quietly, "Anyway, would you like to fly the flag yourself?"
Looking on the castle, he couldn't think of much else they could make, aside from a dragon, but that would be hard, considering sand lacked structural integrity.
Dian looked at his watch, it was time for the boys' doctor's appointment.
He folded his book nicely, noting which page he was on and stood up, cracking his back as he did so.
"Hikaro! Raissen! Come now, it's time to go!" He called to the two boys in the sand box. We was met by twin groans, as the two unwillingly trudged over to Dian and the car.
"Today would be nice, if you don't mind." Dian called out, and the two broke into a trot. Hikaro and Raissen turned and waved to the other kids in the park. "Bye! Gotta do it again sometime!" They called before clambering into the vehical.
Moments later, they were gone.

Shiro waved, then turned her attention to settling the flag on the highest tower. Hmm, why didn't it wave? She blew on it, giggling at the way it fluttered.
