"Ah, you didn't mention that." Hikaro said, hoping though, that she had gotten some knowlege of dragons. Or like, griphons or Sphynxes *.*

Hikaro sighed, wondering briefly if the book made up everything it said about those dragons. He hoped it hadn't, dragons seemed so...so magnificent, too much so to just not exist. Sitting back, Hika curled his wings about himself, creating a kind of shell, although a big part of it was missing. Feathers downy soft and warm, he felt himself slipping off to the black abyss.

Snapping awake again, he noticed Raven had a photoalbum cracked open, and was mentioning something about a sasquatch.
"Are bigfoot, yetis, and sasquach related?" He asked then, they seemed similar.

Hikaro only nodded before another piercing shriek made his crest stick up fully. His skin momentarly crawled with unease, as he turned to look out of the window he was seated by. As soon as Ebola landed, Hikaro was glad Raven liked him, and was holding his hand, 'cuz if that demon started blowing all that hot air at him, he probably would have wet himself.

Squinting, Hikaro tried to recall if he had seen anything of the like before. Shaking his head, he realized that no, he never had seen a similar creature. Still, it was spectacular.

Aurora leapt into his lap, and he nearly jumped, but caught himself in time. The Feli was indeed light, but he was worried that too much commotion and zap! Fry time. SO, the goons had followed them home.

Gears were clicking in his brain, about why these men wanted to capture them so much. They used nets, so it meant they were trying to catch them alive, otherwise they probably would have been openly attacked. Bounty, maybe? To make Hououza pets, maybe? Hikaro shivered, they weren't pets, they were people. Sure they came from feathers, and were graced with wings, but they weren't ANIMALS.

Narrowing his eyes, Hikaro willed Ebola to obliterate the goons. Well, willed as in, really really wanted.

Ebola, on the other hand, had a fondness for chasing things, and let out the peircing shreik again, before taking to the sky, and chasing after them.

Raven laughed and waved through the window as Ebola chased after the men, before sitting back with his picture.

"Hard to believe he was once human, na?" he said, looking to Hikaro. Maybe he should go let Ryo in.. it wasn't safe for him to be outside.

Aurora mewed meekly, before climbing up onto the arm of the chair and curling up on it, purring.

"Whaaaat?" Hikaro asked, staring incredulously at Raven. He turned and cast honey yellow eyes back to the sky, following the dark blot.
"I don't think I want to know what happened to him." He said quietly, reaching out and lightly scritching at one side of Aurora's face.

Ah, if only he could fly, he'd like to see if he could give Ebola a good run. But then again, when he got caught, it would be really frightening. He'd have to stregnthen his wings before trying. Spending his entire childhood without even flapping them made them smaller and weaker than a normal hououza's. The majority of his flight power came from his light weight and the wind.

His dad often told him how much the wind factored with him, how he was nearly blown away, almost decapitating his father in the process.

Ryo stopped laughing with a long "Ahhhh.....they're pretty funny, for idiots. If they blow themselves up with dynamite, I'll laugh so hard..." Ryo said, going up to the door and ringing the doorbell.

The RubbaRogos ran and ran, trying to escape the 'Crazy Flying Horse,' in their opinion. "I knew I never should've left quit my job for this!" one said. "You say that all the time!" the second said. "RogoRogo RogoRogo," the third said.

"I'll get it~~" Raven caroled, running down to the door and swinging it open without a thought of who might be at the door.

"Heeeeelllllooooooooo" he greeted cheerily, pulling a butler bit and holding one arm towards the inside of the house.

"Come in, Come in, don't sit on Aurora, she stings."

But his wish came true as an exhausted lycanthrope stumbled through the doorway and collapsed on the floor, holding up one hand meekly.

"Home..." she sputtered, all bandaged up, her coat ripped to shreads.

"Caught a wendigo, a Makara, and.. and.. A FLITTERBICK! >E"

Spazz.

Raven squeaked at his mother's entrance, poking her a few times.

"Geeze mom.. all those and you're perfectly fine?"


The way she looked was 'perfectly fine'?

"You're getting stronger, it would seem.. ^_^"

He looked over to Hikaro and blinked a few times.

"Are you alright? ;_;"

".. RubbaRogos? Does this have anything to do with Ebola's shrieking?" she inquired, lifting Aurora off the arm of the chair and petting her, before setting the Feli back on the floor.

"Bloodloss as in comparison to what? You need to give me a comparison or else I don't understand....."

Raven sweatdropped. "Blood loss as in comparison to a Wendigo nearly ripping off your arm." he stated, putting it into a perspective she'd understand, before leaning over the side of the chair and staring at Hikaro, concernedly.
