Meilin smiled and said, "Can I have some hot coco. I'm kinda thirsty." she backed up a bit and asked, "How is Syaoran?" she looked over at his door not far from her own.

As you wish, Meilin-sama. Wei said starting to turn before Meilin asked about Syaoran. Syaoran-sama is.. having trouble sleeping, but is fine. Wei said remembering how Syoaran had asked him not to tell Meilin the truth, which he partly told. Now, if you excuse me, I'll go make you that coca. Turning around Wei disappeared down the hall and into the kitchen.

Meilin stood there, watching Wei walk off. She walked over to her bed and laid back in it. Staring at the ceiling she said, "Syaoran isn't here...is he?" asking herself, she placed her pillow over her face.

On the contrary, Syaoran was in his room violently trashing about in his sleep.
Minuets later Wei returned to the doorway of Meilin's room and walked over to her bed with a hot, steaming mug of coca of his hands. Is there anything esle, Meilin-sama? Wei asked placing the mug on the nightstand.

Meilin took the pillow off her head, sitting up she replied, "No thanks. I'll be fine. Is Syaoran in his room or did he go somewhere?" looking down her voice tone was alittle upset ready to hear what she's heard for the past four days.

Wei looked at Meilin and raised an eyebrow. Is there something wrong, Meilin-sama? He asked as the phone started to ring and he disappeared to answer it.

Syaoran was having those dreams again and started thrashing violently in his sleep before yelling himself awake and upright. Rubbing his eyes he looked around his room for a second before he realized where he was. Drying his wet cheeks, Syaoran stepped out of bed in his long pj pants and no shirt. Opening the door, he stepped into the wallway as his bloodshot eyes sheepishly found Meilin's as they just stood there for a moment.
Hearing the echoing footsteps down the hall, Syaoran turn to the direction they were coming from to see Wei walking towards him.
Syoaran-sama the phone is for you, it's important. Wei said hiding his own feels about the contents of the phone call.
Huh? Oh, thank you Wei. Syaoran said still trying to fully wake up as he left the two and walked into the family to pick up the phone. This is Syaoran. He said intot he phone as his eye widened and he stood there stiff as he listened. Yes, I understand. Thank you for calling. Syaoran said in a low tone as the other person hung up the phone, but Syaoran just stood there, frozen. No, this.. this can't be.. mother... He thought to himself as he just stood there.

Meilin walked out of her room heading for the living room when she saw Syaoran looking alittle down, "Syaoran? What's wrong? Is everything ok?" she asked alittle concern.

Syaoran stood there frozen as the phone fell out of his hand and on to the floor. Mother... He stammered as he slowly started to shake.

Meilin stood there looking at him for a few more minutes before asking, "Syaoran what did your mother want?" her voice still concern.

Tomoyo stood next to Meilin, something was obvioulsy wrong with Syaoran...but what? She stood quietly waiting for him to say something

Syaoran heard Meilin's voice and slinked back into reality as his eyes sheepishly moved down to the phone that was now on the floor. Bending down to pick it up and placing it back ont he receiver, his hand fell back to his side. Turning around to face Meilin he looked at her with empty eyes. Mother... she's ill. Syaoran said lowly. Syaoran and his mother didn't have the closest of realtionships. She was stricter on him then she was her 4 daughtyers mainly because he had more magicl powers then they did. When Syaoran told her he wanted to stay in Japan, she was exactly accpeting of the idea at first, but he slowly talked her into it. They didn't have a normal mother-son relationship by any means but he still loved her.

I can't. I can't leave Sakura if Aonu still around. Mother is going to have to wait.... if she can. Syaoran said as he walked down the hallway and too his room where Wei was still standing.
I'm sorry Syaoran-sama. She told me not to tell you. Wei said looking into Syaoran's eyes.
It's ok, she'll be fine. She'll get over it.... she has to. Syaoran said walking into his room and closing the door behind him. Slowly he made his way to his bed and just laid on his back, staring at the ceiling.
