Ahh, Ben. *cracks knuckles outward* I think he's probably one of the most dandy and most interesting characters we have on the show right now. He's clever, manipulative, and quite a good-looking guy. Personally, I really love the guy and he's definitely one of my favourite characters. I think, in terms of his backstory, I really want to know more about his late teenage/young adult years on the island. Was he always part of the Others after the Purge? How did he manage to rise to the position of power that he holds (or did hold)? And, did he ever meet anyone between Annie (his childhood sweetie) and Juliet (someone who he arguably feels for as an adult)? Ugh! I want to know so much more.
Also, am I the only one who thought kid!Ben looked vaguely like Harry Potter? heart

I was thinking of this Jacob mystery for a while. I think only people with some sort of mental disorder can see himand he generally takes the form of someone you know, or at least has something to with all those illusions.
Jack: saw his father although he's dead
Shanon: saw Walt although he was on the Other's island
Hurley: saw his old imaginary friend
Ecko: saw his brother
Ben: saw his mother although she's dead
