I've played piano since I was like 4.. xDD
But I quit. But I still play and practise.

my mom tried to get me play piano when i was little, but i never got into it, but both of my cousins play piano

My parents made me play piano because they wanted me to play at formal parties to show off in front of there friends or something like that. gonk

Most of the Asians in my school play the piano, like me. I always wonder why Asian parents make their children play the piano. Is it that they all prefer the piano better?

yeah! they made me take piano and karate when I was younger.. I quited piano first, then quited karate, coz I didn't have the time to go to classes because of school work. sweatdrop

i started piano at the age of 8 and i'm still continuing piano.
My parents decided to make my partake in piano lessons for various reasons:
1. my relatives also played an instrument
2. to develop interest
3. to give me a chance in learning things they could not learn when they were young
4. to give me an extra thing to do to batter boredom
5. to make me appreciate and understand how important education is
yah and i myself find it a good stress buster *hammers piano* lol

XD I don't play piano..but I do play Clarinet in the marching band AND I play drumset. >>
Drums aren't quite as..eh..fabcy? buttt..It's fun to hit things =D
