Nagi sighed, the ghost, Lexy her name being was definitely there to stir up some trouble. The good thing was the he knew exactly how to deal with that sort of trouble. He had faced much tougher things than disgruntled spirits, though it would have been better if he knew what this one was able to do.
"Oh sorry I must have mistaken you for someone else, you just gave me a weird feeling, maybe it is just me being hungry."
Nagi decide he would play it dumb for now but he did slip his ring on so that if anything came up he could use his magic at its full potential with out unstrapping his staff from his back.

Chii nodded her head, and tried her best to smile at the knew person. Her presence was giving her the chills for some strange reason. Her voice sounded so familiar, but she just couldn't put her finger on it. "Anyway, this is Nagi and Duke..If you want, you could come with us..."
Lexi did her best to look surprised, and tried to smile though it came out as an odd smirk. "Thats sounds wonderful!" Her odd cheerful voice didn't match her personality at all, and it came out very strained. Even she noticed this, but tried to keep a low profile so they wouldn't notice her uneasiness. Also because their eyes seemed to be glued on her..., and she realized this very quickly. 'I suppose that my cover up isn't working for this Nagi guy...Damn...' She thought to herself. "Well off we go then!" Chii shifted positions, and nodded her head nervously. "Nagi why don't you pick...I can't decide.."

Nagi was surprised when Lexy began to act so cheerful. This only put him more on edge. He could not imagine her being this nice, not with the experience he had with her little out bursts.
"Well I am not to sure entirely, I have no real preference for food, but If I had to choose then why not go and get something from the Greek food place. It looks like they make the stuff there and put on a show for passers by too."
Nagi had an idea of a interesting spell he could use if Lexy tried anything. It was one his father liked and if it worked he would have nothing to fear from the ghost for the time being.

Duke was astonished at the sudden change in Nagi and Moe, he could not understand it.
*What are they up to? Surely they can see something isnt right about her...* He thought to himself. *Whats Gotten Into them?*
Out of the corner of his eye he looked ad Nagi, he gave a brief nod of approval, he decided to wait and see how things would unfold, but whatever it was he would be ready.
Slowly he picked up his katana and slipped it into the folds of his belt, not taking his eyes off the strange girl for an instant...

Chii nodded, and agreed. She had never eaten at a Greek restaurant before, and thought it might be nice. Of course, she was a little nervous about how the food might taste. Though it was most likely that it tasted similar to Italian.
Meanwhile Lexi was on her toes, she hoped that if anything went wrong she would be able to jump back inside Chii...Though, it made her very nervous to know what would happen if that failed. She merely kept quiet, and put on a cheerful smile. God this goody goody act is killing me...How can Chii act this way all the time, being so nice? For a moment she furrowed her brow in thought, shooting Duke an irritated look without realizing it.

Duke followed closely behind the rest of them, keeping Lexi firmly in his sights, his left hand on the end of his sword sheath, with his thumb resting lightly against the hilt.
The look that Lexi had given him made him ever more cautious about her. He could tell that she was not pleased with his constant surveilance of her, and that she seemed to be trying her best not to explode with negative emotion.
He continued to follow along, his attention fixed on Lexi, not even noticing that Nagi and Moe had noticed his strange, almost hostile attitude towards her...

Chii shrugged her shoulders, keeping her head low. though every once in a while she would glance back at Duke. She could feel the friction in between them, as shivers went down her spine. All this sounded so odd...She just showed up all, 'Oh my god, I know you!', and now everyone is like 'I hate you!' She was a bit confused, as she furrowed her brow, not sensing what they were.
Lexi noticed this the most...She kept quiet though, and stuck to her forced smile. No way was she going to let on, unless they confronted her first. 'God, these people...'She thought. Finally her harshness let itself out, not being able to hold it in any longer. "Haven't you hear that staring is rude? Or do they teach that wherever the hell you are from...?" She said in an incredibly harsh tone, her eyes showing rage.

A smile came across Duke's face, and he let out a little chuckle. Lexi's outburst had been so predictable, he knew that she was concealing something.
"It depends on the intention of the person that is doing the staring." Duke said, with modest laughter in his voice. "I suppose that it is a little rude."
This statement seemed to surprise all of them, specificly because of Duke's aparent change in personality.
"Then again, I do have reason to be cautious. You questioned the integrity of my home land, well tell me Lexi, exactly where are you from that would seem to make your manners and customs more respectful than mine? After all, everything that you have done so far supports my original conclusion of you, which is that you seem to have hostile intentions."
Duke's attitude had drasticly changed, he seemed to be more cheerful than before, and he had a big smile across his face. Lexi on the other hand seemed to be getting quite annoyed by his attitude.

Nagi laughed at this little exchange between Lexy and Duke. Their animosity was to be commended but this was not the place to show such things. After all even though he knew what she was he was not planning on cause any harm to Lexy unless it was unavoidable and even then he would not do anything that would be seen as hurtful.
"You know fighting will get you no where. Sure you guys are different but that don't mean you have to be at each others throats."
As he said this he walked over the Lexy and told her something privately in her ear.
"You owe me one, unless you are stupid I know you can sense that he is no normal martial artist, his blows could hurt you and you know it. So play nice for now and I will consider telling you something that may be to your advantage."

as Nagi spoke to Lexi in this secretive manner, Duke looked on in slight surprise, but not comepletely unaware of what he was saying to her. It was obviously shown in Lexi's face that she was told something that was making her reconsider her current standing in the situation. Duke Continued on as if he hadnt noticed what Nagi was doing.
"Who's fighting? im merely stating the facts, and asking Lexi about her origins." He was waiting, waiting to see what Lexi would do, he knew in his soul that she was not who she claimed to be, and she had some other strange agenda hidden. All of Duke's training and experience told him this, there was simply no way he could have been wrong about her. He feared for his new friends safety, and he would be sure to do anything to protect them...from anything...

Chii shrugged her shoulders, trying to keep out of this as much as possible. She was a bit afraid of the girl now, she seemed very hostile. "Yeah, lets not fight.." She said keeping her gaze at the ground, speaking in her usual quiet voice.
Lexi seemed to take this as another offense, and merely eyed Duke hard. She raised a brow slightly, as Nagi whispered in her ear. She didn't seem to care one bit. She wasn't afraid of these pitiful humans, and their swords and magic...Though she was a bit curious to hear what he would have to say later.."Fine..Later then.." She whispered, turning her attention to Duke. "My origins are none of your business, but since you asked nicely I suppose I will answer...New York City..." She answered with a smirk before speaking again. "I was born there, happy now?" She said turning her head harshly, and walking on ahead to the restaurant.Though while walking she paused, and looked back over her shoulder. And I'm not hostile...I just don't like nosy people."

Duke smiled at her response, amused by her answer, at how bad of a lyer she was, but he decided not to bother with that anymore.
"I wasn't being nosy, i was simply being cautious, since you seemed to appear out of nowhere and give no explaination for your presence or your intentions. If i offended you, or made you uncomfortable, i apologise, i had no intention of causeing any problems."
Duke gave her a small bow, but even so, he still had a small smile across his face. He would proceed without antagonising her any farther, he would let things become aparent without any further interferance on his part.
But he would not let his guard down, for he still had his suspicions and doubts about Lexi, and he would not let her do anything to harm anyone, if in fact that was her intention.

Nagi sighed feeling some of the tension leave the atmosphere. He would deal with the bluff he had made with Lexy when the time came for now though he decided to spend some time with Moe without interruption from the ghost.
"Sorry about all that, guess some people are just harder to get used to than others. Anyways I believe we were going to get some food. Any idea what you want to order, it will be my treat of course."
Nagi felt that he would be able to help Moe much more with out Lexy interrupting them constantly. He just hoped that Moe would respond to his attempts now that she had, for now dropped that voice from her head.

Chii watched Lexi walk off, and sort of scooted towards Nagi. Without realizing it, in her fear, she grabbed his arm holding him close. She seemed awfully on-edge, and didn't seem to care if the closeness between the two of them was considered improper for two people who had just met. "New York City, that's where I'm from..." She said quietly, as she lifted her head to look at Duke. "Maybe we really have met before.." In her opinion she didn't think the girl was lying...
Though, she was glad when Nagi brought up the food subject and smiled. "I've never eaten Greek food before.." She said still holding onto his arm, without realizing it. Suppose it just felt normal to her...Because of her boyish ways at times, she sometimes forgot that her friends (who were mostly boys) were not girls.
Lexi stood impatiently, before taking a seat and just sitting there. It didn't look as if she was going to eat, as she folded her arms staring at the three of them hard.

Nagi smiled lightly at Moe, now that she was so close to him she reminded him a bit of his sister. She too was the shy type, though that was around everyone but him. When she was with him she was the most affectionate thing you could ever see. He wondered what Moe was like when you really got to know her, and if he would ever get that chance. He would not mind making a new friend, since the last one he made had left.
"Well since you never have had it before lets just get something simple alright. Some chicken soulvaki on a pita with some Greek salad will be perfect. Hope you like it."
Nagi placed the order and waited till it was done, he then picked it up and led Moe over to sit someplace, waiting for Duke to catch up since he said he was not hungry.
