Yeah, you're not suppose to chant it, although, it wouldn't hurt to say it out loud while you're writing it in your notebook.

The_Fantasy_Mule Roufette I tried this out last night, and didn't sleep a wink. xp Everytime I got tired, I would think of meeting my animal totem and be wide awake. I think I was chanting for 3 hours straight. I'll definately try harder, but it is very exciting. 3nodding (You see, I'm one of those "HELP NATURE! We're killing ourselves. Green house Gasses! Pollution is wrong!" people. whee )

I don't think that you are supposed to be chanting this, but I guess that I could try that out too. >.<Well, no, I wasn't REALLY chanting. I just got....over-zealous. sweatdrop

I think my Totem Animal is a snake. I'm so terrified of snakes, but they're so facinating! Usually if I need help while astral projecting (I'm almost always in the wrong place at the wrong time) I just call on my personal ally, whose name I'm not going to say because I don't think he'd want me to. He is the only one that I allow to touch my neck. I hate it when people touch my neck. I just had a spaz attack when I thought of someone touching my neck. I have no clue why.

Ok! I think I finally found out. I believe my totem animal is a snow leopard. I have always had a deep connection with cats. Also I always get the feeling like I am a leopard at times (I know its strange) ex: I get the urge to run on all fours, stalk prey, etc.

Eriara my animal is a reddish-gold wolf with huge red eagle wings. He shows up in my dreams all the time. Is it a Griffon?

Okay, hopefully you can help me on this ><
The first two nights I tried that spell it didn't work but on the third night just as I was exiting the dream and slowly gaining conscious I had a random thought
random thought: i think I saw a panther...
so, oddly I figured that my animal was a panther, however just to make sure I tired it again. I didn't think it would or anything. The next night I saw a tiger coming towards me with its jaw open and everything, it seemed that it was running towards me. So there is my other conclusion of my animal being a tiger, BUT the next night I saw a leopard so now I have no clue. ><
In those dreams I only dreamt of those animals other wise I wouldn't be here asking for help on this. And its even harder to help me figure out witch one is my animal because I have a strong connection to ALL the members of the feline family.
