Tau are tough to play because of the fact that they are basically all long ranged.

Yahiko_Meoshine Tau are tough to play because of the fact that they are basically all long ranged. And they're the only CHEAP army that can easily outgun a marine.

Yep, get them in combat with 'Nids or DE and they die like crazy.

DE are so incredibly cheap... with thier weapons that can hurt me lots....

I can deal with the Dark Eldar themselves it's when you have 3 Talos' running for you when you're disposing of the infantry that hurt.

Yahiko_Meoshine I can deal with the Dark Eldar themselves it's when you have 3 Talos' running for you when you're disposing of the infantry that hurt. hell, my friend completely raped me with two squads, i had cover and didn't move so i could have max range for my weapons, but nope he still took advantage of me... he even took out my term. capt. which untill that point has never been killed! which sucked...

Hey my Striking Scorpions Exarch took out 2 Talos' before finally falling to the last machine of destruction. The rest of his squad was gone but he hung in there.

Yeah. Talos' are one of the most cost effective things in the game. What do they get, a D6 + 1 attack or something? Something just plain wrong.

i think that it's 2D6 random shots, i'm not too sure, but i could go and check the rule book... but i'm too lazy, its all the way down stairs
