Genius! Haki was a mastermind of all things great and wonderful. In happiness at such a grand and fantastic idea, he launched himself at Haki in a huge hug.
"Haki a hero too!"
Hero-ess. Hero. Gender didn't really have a meaning in his head yet, in that regard. He still remembered Hadrian. Man with coloring changing face. Usually red. Considering that it had been a while since the incident at Haki's place, that could be an accurate description.
"I go wit you to Haydren?"

Haki beamed, nodding her head. "Go? Gavin bring froo froo to Haki house." MY was a word she rarely used in such simple sentences. Because it seemed wrong when she wasn't claiming something foreign. Mine, my, it all involved the world- so why waste it on speaking about things everyone knew belonged to her?
She giggled at his compliment, nodding her head. Yes, she was quite a hero-ess, wasn't she? She would make a good ruler of the world, considering her new found hero-ess status.
"Okee." and the important business of the day was finished!
Abruptly, Haki yawned.
Huh.

"Okee dokee!" he clapped, making plans to sneak over to Haki's place in the morning. Or maybe he'd talk Mommee into bringing him, since he as a bit tired of stairs. He noticed the yawn, and then yawned himself.
Tonight ahd been full of adventures and life-threatening situations. Because stealing dog food totally counted as life-threatening in his mind. Who knows what would have happened if that can opener malfunctioned!
"Haki tired?" he asked with another yawn, pointing to the bed. Sleep was good. Sleep was always good. Just after you're all doing hero-ing.

Haki nodded. "Haki tired. Gavin tired?" she parroted, and started moving to the bed first. That way she could take up more room before he did. She remembered sleeping with him last time, and how sometimes the feathers tickled her too much for her to sleep. Wrinkling her nose at the thought, she clutched the froo froo tightly towards her.
She would get Hadrian to fix it, and then Gavin would be happily ever after. Or something. She was so confused right now.
Climbing onto the bed with one hand still clutched around froo froo, she blinked, rubbing her eyes. Wow, this had bene a very strange night.
She had to open the door for people more often!

"Gavin tired," he stated, rubbing his eyes. He followed her to the bed, though she'd claimed a spot first. And she had his Froo Froo. Oh well, Haki had been a great helper tonight, so he could let her sleep with Froo Froo.
Crawling up next to her, he snuggled under the sheets, stuck his thumb in his mouth, and immediately collapsed.
Apparently tonight had taken more out of him than he even thought.

Haki snickered as she nestled closer, one hand on froo froo and the other placed on a feather, possessive. She frowned, trying to remember what was different about tonight from the night before.
Ah, yes. He hadn't said it.
"Love you." she murmured sleepily. If it was a habit he had, well, by no means was she going to discourage it! So she said it first, nodding off quickly. The bed was comfortable.
And it was so much fun sleeping with someone else.

"Love you..." he murmured back almost instinctively before falling into a coma-like state until morning.

"Gavin?" Remi walked into the little boys room at around ten in the morning. She'd worked late last night, and overslept herself. "Gavin, time to wake up. Gav--GAH!"
That definitely wasn't Gavin under the sheets. It was some giant lump of pink and orange. Oh wait, this scene looked familiar. During the night Gavin had basically thought in his sleep that Haki was Froo Froo and had draped an arm across her.
Though, after Mommee's outburst, Gavin sat up immediately and started rubbing his eyes.
"Haki sleep over 'gain," he yawned. Remi looked over toward the sleeping little girl. How had she gotten in here?
"Haki?"

Gah? What was this GAH she was hearing from so early in the morning? Rolling over because Gavin was talking, she opened her eyes to see Remi watching her. Wait... oh, right! This was her house too, and not just Gavin's. She remembered her manners just in time and beamed.
"Goo morning." she said, as sweet as she could as she rubbed at her eyes. Her hair was a mess this morning, and she had a vague feeling that it might not be what Remi was so concerned up.
"I sleep over." she stated too, echoing Gavin's words with pride. See? They were good at this working together thing!
Working together... ah yes. Froo Froo.

Remi erked nervously at this information. Haki sleeping over meant that she'd inevitably have to bring her to Marc. Seeing Marc meant...
She didn't want to think about it. Maybe there was some roundabout way. There had to be. Something. Think woman! She was panicking in front of toddlers. Very motherly-like.
"We go see Haydren today?" Gavin asked, then pointed to Froo Froo. "Haki say Haydren fix Froo Froo."
Eureka! Remi wanted to hug her son for being such a genius, so she did. For the record, she gave Haki one too. She'd just take them to Hadrian and drop Haki off there. See? No Marc involved!
"So when do you two want to go see Hadrian?"

Haki looked over. They had their patient to think about! "Now?" she asked, tilting her head as she watched the mother. She was strange, giving out hugs like that. Marc liked to hug her too, but his was possessive. And stronger. And he smelled different.
Like money.
She wasn't too hungry, and she knew that Marc had hidden some candy in the fridge somewhere too. So she looked at Gavin for permission. Was there something he wanted to do before they fixed Froo Froo?
"Froo dying." she reminded him.

"Save Froo!" Gavin pointed toward Froo Froo. "Go now?"
Remi blinked. Apparently this meant alot to them. To her it was just a stuffed animal, but it was Gavin's favorite one. And they were both dressed, since neither of them had apparently thought to change into pajamas last night.
"Alright," she smiled at them. "Let's go then."
Gavin promptly jumped off the bed and followed after Mommee, motioning Haki to do the same.
"Haki, you're going to have to lead the way again," Remi said, not having a clue where Hadrian lived.

Haki turned, looking up at Remi with a confused expression. "Haydren live with daddee." she said. Duh, everyone in her universe knew that! Alright, so it wasn't completely true. Sometimes daddy lived with Hadrian, but it all amounted to the same thing. She liked to think of it as a two storied house in which she was only allowed to live on the top floor.
Like a princess, trapped in a tower guarded by an evil dragon!
Still, she decided to lead the way, trying to remember if Marc had said anything about meeting Hadrian. Would he be in her tower, or in his? Hmmm. "Daddee like Haydren." she said matter of factly, nodding her head.

Remi tensed again. So maybe she wasn't safe from running into Marc. Oh well, she'd just say that she didn't have to change or something. She didn't really have a reaction to Haki saying that Marc and Hadrian liked each other. That part was kind of obvious.
She led the two toward the building by the labs. Gavin was almost skipping. Froo Froo was going to be saved! Hadrian would be a hero too. Today was a good day! Remi stopped at the stairs, however. She was having second thoughts.
"You sure Hadrian's going to be with your daddy Haki?" Remi gulped. She really hoped not.

Haki paused, and shrugged. "Maybe." she said. She took the stares first, holding on to froo froo all the while. It was going to be HER heroic deed, damn it! And Gavin was going to worship her for bringing life back to his pet. Yes. That sounded perfect.
"Sometime they sleep together." she replied innocently. "It early?" But last night, Marc had been alone. Maybe she should have added that too.
Walking up to the second floor, she pointed to the doorbell. Well, would Remi expect HER to get that?

Hadrian...
Had a hangover. He'd come home earlier, and sacked out on the couch after drinking coffee. Coffee was supposed to help, wasn't it? Or maybe he was mixing up his urban legends.
Or - maybe Marc knew something. Some amazing hangover cure...
With that in the mind, the mage made his way to the door. At least he'd gotten rid of (most?) of the makeup, and was dressed normally. But with his mind set on discovering something to get rid of his headache and nausea, he was not expecting to find two children and Remi on his doorstep.
"Hm?"
