"Run, Krano, RUN!!!" Kriano said.
Krano did run, but to where..? This thing looked tough, but the timer looked pretty bad too.
He dashed towards the creature and began to try and pound on it.
(I hate being timed burning_eyes )

((thats for treating this like a game with the alternate costumes xD))
the creature doesn't react to the pounding from Krano, but the timer runs out before he can do enough damage.
the caption "Day of Lavos" appears at the top of the screen

The spines fell from the sky at amazingly high speeds, enough so that they burst into flames as they hit.
Krano was thrust out of the notebook, along with one of the spines that didn't burst.

"Sheesh, this place is just bad luck." Krano said, "Let's get out here. Know anywhere safe?"
