Aurora walked up to the fountain and looked donw at her slightly distired reflection. SHe half expceted to see herself, but instead once again she was looking at a wolf, but wiht blood all over the face. She curl her lip disgust and then jumped ino the fountian wiht a splash and started trying to rinse off the blood before it stained.

Raerin hung behind, waiting for her to finish washing up. The way that he fought didn't usually get much blood on him if any.

Aurora finished up and jumped out of the fountian shaking her coat. "There, now I feel much better," She siad with a smile and then she shook herself again.

"That's good," said Raerin, not quite as scared as earlier. He tried to avoid the water she was shaking off again, though. "I guess we can continue now," he said.

Aurora pawed one of her ears snice a little water went into it. "Yeah We are not that afr away now," She said looking around. She tried standing on her hind feet but wasn't able to get her balance. "It's that building over there," she siad and nodded to a high rise about two blocks away.

He nearly fell over backwards trying to see to the top, then managed to get back on his forepaws. "Heh, right," he said, somewhat embarrassed.
((wait...which building is it? her home or the hotel? we kinda already established the hotel was a bad idea, being already crowded and probably the food eaten out of it..))

((Her home(actually her sisters home, shes out of town) is in a private condos, like a semi ritsy studio apartment.))
Aurora smiled as Raerin tried to stand up as well. "Come on, I want to amke sure nobody has done an serious damage to the place, my sister will be furious," she said and began trotting off and a quickened pace.

He was actually slightly smaller than she was, and capable of keeping up pace fairly easily. They got to the door easily enough, and found it a tiny crack open. He pushed up against it hard and it opened.

Aurora pushed the door open a little wider and peeked inside. The lobby area looked a bit trashed, garbage was everywhere and a couple chairs where upside down. "Oh I bet looters have already come," Aurora said and moved walked inside. She walked aorund to the front desk and stood up placeing her paws on the counter. "Wow, they stole and computer and by the looks of it, all the master keys," she siad and walked over to the elevator. "Do you think it works?"

"Only if we can reach the buttons," said Raerin, looking up at it. He'd been not too far from the bottom floor in his hotel and had just barely managed to jump down a few flights of stairs to get out.

"Very true," Aurora said as she stepped over to where to buttons for up and down are. She raised up on her hind legs and pawed the up button until the little light turned on. Then she jumped back next to Raerin and looked at the floor numbers. "You know, this might work and all but what if it's damaged. Personally I've never been a big fan of elevators,"she said sitting down.

((And so, Amyrlin's story begins ^^))
Amyrlin had not been far from the boutique for a few days, scared of what she might see out there. Amyrlin had only been far enough to get supplies and food and drink, her new form was uncomfortable at first, but she was getting used to it. The tail could get in the way at times, but she was learning better how to control it, and she had also found she could jump exceptionally well.
Amyrlin had been shocked when she'd seen her reflection after the event, but she was glad to have her faculties intact and also glad to be able to keep wearing dresses. Amyrlin had finally decided to venture further into the town to see the extent of destruction and maybe investigate the strange building in the town center.

((No offense to you either; anyway the more people there are the less likely collective writer's block will make the RP go stale biggrin
Also, I came up with a more signifigant reason than realism for why the characters' birth dates are included... You'll see.))

I don't mind being any height up as long as there's a window and not just railing, like if I'm in an airplane fifty-thousand feet high and flying a thousand miles per hour I'm fine, but if I'm on top of a ten-foot with no railing I'm terrified. Once my parents took me to the Telosa Canyon* when I was a kid, I think that's where I got it from. I was just standing there and watched a camera I'd been messing with fall about fifty miles down, and thought something like 'what if that was me.'"
