Okay, as I think most of you know, I will be holding my first Tea Party on Friday, and i would like to share my recipes~
-I am making Milka Tea, which I already posted~ -Jello Cubes mixed with fruits:
You'll need: -1 Package of Jello -fruit (frozen, fresh, or canned) -square pyrex pan ~~~~~~
1.Prepare jello according to directions on box. I prefer to use the directions for molded jello. 2. Once jello is set int he square pan, cut into cubes and set in individual dishes. 3. Slice fruit accordingly, and mix in gently with cubes. 4. Serve and enjoy! ~~~
Enjoy! My other recipes are pretty simple, and I will share them if anyone wants me to. The others are Muffin Bars and Tuna Sandwiches shaped in hearts~

Mini Green Tea Chocolate Cakes (from Shojo Beat Magazine)
What You'll Need:
1 cup dark chocolate 3/4 cup butter 4 eggs 1 cup powdered sugar 3 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoon cocao powder 1 tablespoon match green tea powder min cake molds (i.e. muffin tin) double boiler flour sifter or fine mesh strainer
----------
Instructions:
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and coat your molds with non-stick spray. 2) Over a double boiler, slowly melt chocolate and butter together in a large saucepan. In the meantime, sift the flour, cocao powder, powdered sugar, and half the tablespoon of matcha powder together until evenly mixed. 3) Romove the chocolate-butter mixture from heat when it's melted through and smooth, and slowly whisk in the dry ingredients. Continually stirring, add four eggs to the chocolate mixture one at a time. 4) Once the batter is completely blended, spoon it into the molds. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes. Rotate the molds once, halfway through baking time. 5) After pulling the cakes from the oven, allow them time to cool slightly. Using your strainer or sifter to dust the top of the cakes lightly wih the remaining matcha powder.
----------
Yes I know it sounds kind of hard, but it really isn't that bad. And trust me, in the end, it's worth it ^^

.::I've been looking through this thread, and I've been finding lots of cakes, cookies and the like. Not saying they are not delicious, but they are not very good for you. Cutting up some fruit is just as nice! It it very sweet and has lots of vitamins and fiber. My Grandma has a wonderful "recipe" for a fruit salad.
You take a watermelon (a big one), and cut out a ninety-degree angle from a quarter of it, and then again from the other side, leaving a small strip in the middle so it is basket-shaped. Then hallow it out. Take a whole bunch of cut-up fruit (including the insides of the watermelon) and put it in. It should look like a basket of fruit!
I'm not sure if it makes sense or not, I'm not good with directions, but it loks really nice. And fruit is always tasty!

I personally prefere coconut bannana pie and turkish delight (its os cute and yummy =w=))
but anyway, I make alot of peanut butter fuge and chocolatechip pancakes XD (due to the fact that I am the eldest female offspring in a family of 7 or 9 i am the cook. Having a family with traditional Southern views, we constantly have more then one guest over ^_^) recipies:
Bark (sounds disgusting, but is really cute and tastey :3))
1 sleeve of saltine crackers 1 cup of butter 1/2 cup of light brown sugar 12 oz. semisweet chocolate morsels 1 cup of chopped pecans (optional)
a. preheat oven to 350 degrees b. place crackers in one layer on parchment-lined baking sheet (with sides) c. melt butter and brown sugar in medium saucepan. cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. d. pour butter-sugar mixture over the crackers. spread evenly. e. bake for 15 minutes f. remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate morsels. when they start to melt, spread evenly over entire layer of crackers. g. sprinkle chopped pecans on top. h. refrigerate 1 hours. i. remove from refrigerator and crack into peices.
