*turns slightly red, but smiles* He's well, growing so quickly I can scarcely believe it, and getting into mischief often as not. He's a good lad though.

Aye, more often than not. M'life away from here's a quiet one, but I canna complain of it. *tilts her head* It may sound silly of me te ask, seeing as ye've not been away even a day from here, but I hope ye're well, too?

I canna believe just anyone could, but then, I daresay things are different where ye're from. 'Tis a rare thing outside o'this place for me to meet anyone who can write more than their name.

::Nyx appeared sitting on the floor, her legs stretched in front of her. She was holding up her left hand with her eyes fixed on the gold ring on her finger. She did notice that she was in The Brink, but she didn't seem to care much. She just sat where she was and stared at her ring finger, seemingly frozen to the spot.::
It's a little different here now, isn't it? Hm...

:: After a moments silence a figure flickered into view. She stood, at the most, 5 foot from the ground. Very faded blonde hair fell just below her shoulder blades, though some lay caught in the hood of a long black cloak.
She stood still for what seemed like an age, simply staring around. What was this place? She hadn't been here before... first a forest and now... Well. She didn't know what this was! ::
ooc:: This is edited. Hehe.
