Jonyboy666 Merlenyn I'm a Sacto Gaian! ^_^ I live pretty much Downtown... Light Rail goes right by my house though it's still a 5 - 10 min walk to get to the nearest actual station, depending on traffic and getting across streets... I can walk to Downtown Plaza and Old Sacramento in about 20 mins give or take, depending on weather, traffic, and walking speed! I've made it in 10 or 15 before... lol Because I walk there to catch the Meadoview bound lightrail to get to Sacramento City College... ^_^ I've never been to any conventions in town, I went to Fanime Con last year (2003) and I went to something called AnimeOverdose this past March. Those are the only anime con's I've been to. Though I would love to go to more. I didn't go to the State Fair this year, though it would have been fun... more fun if my bf was able to be here instead of Canada... lol I'm taking Japanese 411 (third class at Sac City) and Begining Piano this semester, so besides that, I'm job hunting and chillin. Tomorrow I've been invited to Consumus River College (part of the LosRios Community colleges) by one of my Japanese classmates because they have an Anime Club on campus. I can't wait! It'll be so much fun to get to meet so many others who like anime... ^_^ I'm 21 years old by the way. ^_^ heehee though I dun drink.. yet. lol just never really wanted to... someday perhaps. heh Honto?! I'd so join... so that I wouldn't have to go so far away... but I just might go to both depending on schedules. lol but yea... if you want to make it an official club, you'll need a faculty advisor, ne? How long have you been going to Sac City? ^_^

If you do, I want to know who you are! (so I can stalk you, naturally). But then again, you probably go to UCD...(darn, then I can't stalk you as easily). YAY!! i am so happy!!! i got a Davis person!!!! blaugh blaugh blaugh xd xd lol, actually i go to Holmes, u know the Jr High near Chestnut park? not in High skool just yet.... sweatdrop My sister goes to Holmes! She's in 9th grade and her name is Lauren. Um, I guess I won't say her last name online, cause it's my last name too and I don't want the stalkers to get me! Anyway, my sister has really long, brown hair. She's 5'1". i don't think i know her sweatdrop i'll try to spot her though. ^^ its so cool that u live in davis though!!!!! yeah, i'm so happy! blaugh

And I believe my friends already have a willing faculty member to support them. lol. Ah... ^_^ What classes are you going to be taking then? lol and since you said yer starting on the 23rd, yer taking those half semester classes, ne? I've never done that... so far I've always stuck with full semester. lol Meaning I started like, August 16th in classes for Fall semester. I also took classes for the whole summer session... and for Spring. Are any of your friends taking Japanese this semester? and if so... what level? I'd be interested to know if I might have some of them floating around in my Japan 411 class... lol if they're that far along that is. ^_^ Oh, and what's yer fave anime?

Jonyboy666 Yeah, it isnt the same class cause their's is on Thursdays. Oh, and I forgot to answer your question about my favorite anime. It is a tie between FLCL and Love Hina, but only the Japanese dub cause I HATE the English voices. >.< Darn! Oh well, I was hoping. lol They're probably in the 401 class then... I can't remember what days that class was though... I wonder if they have Ito-sensei anyway, since she does teach 401 as well... oh well. I've kinda seen FLCL but I only saw parts of it on TV... it was wierd. lol Love Hina... i've seen a few eps of and think it's fun, but one of my faves right now is still Sailor Moon (the uncut Japanese version!) and for the most part, I prefer watching anime in Japanese with Subs, because either voices don't work, or the translation is bad. lol

I had a question for ya Jonyboy666, ya said you were gonna start a class soon at Sac City for the rest of Fall semester, ne? What days/times is it? Maybe we could meet up or something if times are okay with it? You dun hafta tell the times and days here... You can PM them to me if you'd like. ^_^ I'd just like to make new friends that I could perhaps hang out with from time to time, just to hang out and talk and watch anime perhaps... ^_^

Eww... xp Just kiddin. lol I've got class four days a week, Japanese from around 7:20 to 9pm on Monday's and Wednesdays, and then I've got Piano from 11am until 11:50am on Tuesdays and Thrusdays. Do you usually hang out with yer friends in the morning or afternoon? I usually go home after class, unless I want to go to the Music Lab to study and practice my piano skills. If it's sometime in the afternoon that you usually hang with your friends, I could arrange to stay and perhaps scimp on some practice time. lol It'd be fun. ^_^ And where do you work? I'm just curious. lol Right now I'm jobless... *sighs* I'm LOOKING for work, but all I have for transportation is the Busses and Lightrail, so my scheldule has to work around that. heh Makes life interesting, ne?

I work at the Target out in Rancho Cordova. It sucks. >.< My feet hurt all the damn time. >.< lol.
