okay these movies gave me the biggest crushes on Sigourney Weaver...hehe and the aliens are so cool, the chest burster thing is a masochistic fantasy of mine LOLOLOL

Of course I enjoyed these films.
But I would call the first one more of a horror film than the rest of them-- although that's technically the genre you could lump them under. I just look at number one as a pure horror film, number two as a pure action film, and the rest of them I just... don't look at. They're kind of limp, I guess.

I love the alien series!! I still think AVP was complete and total s**t compared to the Predator movies and definitely the Alien movies and it could have been better evil

I heard that there is currently a script for Alien 5, but as it is now it would be too violent to release! eek TOO VIOLENT? in an Alien movie?! that must have some cray s**t!
Its still up in the air if its going to be made or not

Hmmm...
I don't really have a favourite but I love all of them, especially Alien, Aliens and AvP. Alien3 was ok, but Resurrection was better, although not that good anyways.
I read somewhere that Ripley was originally going to be a man. Something tells me that the series would a) have been nowhere near as effective (or popular) and b) would have severely limited sequel possibilities.

I think these movies would have to be the best and actually with hold there series unlike others where the first movie is great and second well ... lets just keep it at that. but also i like AvP it has great fight scenes although it didnt have much of a story line and the actors were all randoms, but i really do like Predator 1 i havent really payed attention to Preditor 2. but all in all the Alien series is the best.

Alien is probably the only series where the majority of the installments were good. The last one was iffy, but the rest were brilliant.

The Alien series is amazing........I'm just not a big fan of AvP.....the plot was dumb, and I HATED when the predator became mister nice guy at the end that was totally stupid ruined it for me......but all the aliens are good, and predator 1 and 2
