Lekisa poked the bird two or three times while listening to what her "companions" had to say. The last poke proved to her that the meat was ready. She took out a huge leaf tumble from her bag and took out one big leaf. Spilling some cranberrie juice on it and some pineapple pieces she took the bird from the fire and lied it down on the leafs.
She cut it to five pieces. There wasn't a lot of meat on each of them but atleast everyone got a fair share.
She cleaned her knifes and put the ingriedients into the bag.
"I do not believe i need to tell you my story. After all we've just met." she stood up taking her share of the bird. "Do you know of any streams nearby? I'd like to wash my eqipment and i believe i haven't seen this part of the forest yet."

Samca looked to Lekisa, "Aye, I can see you reasoning for not telling your story. Though, I trust in people more when I've learned of their actions of past," Samca paused and stodd up, stretching, "A stream... I beleive I heard rippling water in... that direction," Samca pointed to the east, "I think the stream is about a quarter mile away. I can walk with you if you would like?"

Galvyn sat on a grassy hill to watch the sunrise and to think.
I don't understand it. Gwen got mad when I said Lekisa was cute. Gwen's never cared about anything like that before.
Of course, Lekisa is too busy making googly eyes at Samca to even notice me.
What is it that this guy's got that I don't?
Galvyn?

Lekisa stood up and dusted off her cape and pants. She packed everything neatly into her bag and smiled faintly at Samca. It was a curteous smile, but one, that did not feel her eyes with warmth.
"Thank you for your offer but i believe i am not the one you should be accompanying or protecting. I'll be fine on my own." She checked if everything she needed was with her and was about to start walking when a sudden thought striked he.
"Since your destination as of now seems to be Ath, would you let me join you? I was pondering about going there for awhile, but as you probably know, it's not the safest of all places. " She taped her bag subcounsioucly. "I know this might seem rude of me, after declining your story-telling offer, and that, as you have said, i'm not really a companion that might earn your trust easily, but still i'd ask you of considering this."
She looked from Samca to Gwen awaiting their decision.

Samca smiled and nodded his approval, "Yes, it would be quiet nice to have an alchemist with us. And, despite my earlier say, knowing someones past can help me make judgements, but, to know who someone truely is you must look at there actions of present," Samca looked to Gwen, "Gwen, what do you think about Lekisa joining us?"

Lekisa nodded at Samca.
"That is a wise thing to say, quite surprising even..." She turned to Gwen and bowed slightly.
"Thank you. Please pass on my gratitude to your elven..." Lekisa paused for a moment and watched Gwen cautiously. Even thought the beauty of the elf could not be compared to that of a human, she did remind Lekisa of someone. It was probably the personality, that brought up the shape of the elven's face that reminded Lekisa of her sister. Almost smiling, she finished her sentence."...companion.Now, if you'll excuse me."
Lekisa turned gracefully on her hill an ventured into the forest, going in the direction of the stream, that Samca has pointed out to her. Eating slowly the meat she has prepared, in her head, a plan of things to buy, places to see and anylisis to go through was being born.
She licked her fingers and ate the leaf. "Who'd think that there would be so much similarities between humans and elfs."
She took out a small notebook from her bag, and still walking, scribbled something in it.

Samca watched Lekisa walk away, "It'll be nice having her in the travelling company. Don't you think Gwen?" Samca got some eggs and a cut a peice of crow away from the bones. Samca took a bite of the bird, 'Quiet nice... it will be good to have a tasty meal like this every so often...' Samca thought to himself as he continued eating his breakfast.

Okay, so now Lekisa is joining us. Well, there's someone Gwen can talk to without having to talk to a guy. And she can cook. Galvyn stood up and stretched. I guess I need to head back. And so he did.

((OOC: Okay, so...uh i'm leaving for four days (friday-monday), so i won't be able to post...yah. Am just explaining my lack of activity in the next couple days. Although it's not certain as i MIGHT be able to get to a PC somewhere :B))

The stream was clean and cold. It's water could prove useful on a later date, so Lekisa took a couple of bottles and filled them with it. Sun was beginning to warm the eart, it's golden rays flickered in the crystal waters of the stream. It seemed so peacful and perfectly beautifoul that Lekisa could not help herself and just sit down and relax.
Moss was still a little wet from the morning dew, but her cape was thick enough to leave her warm and dry. Silent rustle of leafs, soft murmur of the stream and the sudden warmth that was slowly falling on the world made her drop all her guard, something that did not happen often. Suddenly, her body remembered the stress she has put on it for staying in the forest alone, always having to be cautious and carefoul about the way she went and the things she did.
Now, in this peacful place, it seemed like an enormous tire for her and her body. Muscles, relaxed, yelled for rest, her mind, always concentrated and analisying, slowed it's flow of thought, and Lekisa, before she knew it, closed her eyes and drifted off falling slowly into the wet moss.
((OOC: Yes, well since she's a deep sleeper, she shouldn't wake up anytime soon...I guess. But we never know ;] ))

If not I wouldn't mind smoking the rest, for better preservation of the meat," Samca smiled and stood up, "I can make jerky pretty well, without much of the original flavor gone. Not much I can do about the left over eggs though... well, I'll just wait for the others and see if they have had their fill. I'll rince out the pan once they are done." Samca said as he layed down on his back, hands behind his head, looking into the morning sky.
