I've already asked Yume and she said it was ok for me to take in the young Togepi. All that's being changed is the username in the owner's slot.

Two things;
I lost the cert to Breeze, my Hoppip from the X-mas event... ^^; I have no clue where it is, sorry.
And I was wonder how much it would cost to get my name changed on my cert's. I was Sango And Miroku Forever..... ^^;; Hotaru Edit: Right now I'm not allowing name changes for certs, as you can see.. I get behind enough as it is. sweatdrop In the future I may have the option avalible in the Pokemart, or something. <3'
