Here's a question.
Fuzors. Is that completely American? It was released in America first, after all. (Or, at least according to Mopock.) And was it done by someone different than the other series?
And are the other series done by the same people? Meaning, is Zoids, New Century and Genesis done by one group and Fuzors by someone else?
AM I ASKING ENOUGH QUESTIONS YET?!

I think Fuzors and Genesis are releated animation-wise (they reuse Fuzors models rather blatantly in Genesis), but I don't know about the rest. They aren't tied to the earlier series that I can remember.
Most of the Zoids animes feel very westernized to me regardless of their origins-even Genesis, though it's less so than /Zero or Fuzors.

Fuzors isn't completely American, but it probably is somewhat Hasbro's fault for pushing it that it aired here first. This was sad for us, because when it did finally air in Japan, they had some scenes that were added/better animation. Heheh, I remember Luke's voice actor being surprised when I told him it aired in the US first. XD As for the animation team... I'm not sure, since Shogakukan Productions (ShoPro) claims everything as far as I can tell. Um... assuming I translated stuff okay... I'm not sure if I chose the right pronunciations for the names, so don't quote this, I was just looking for simularities. If/when I find the correct names, I'll change this. Just a note about wikipedia, I wouldn't rely on it for zoids info. It's been improving but a LOT of the info written there has been misinterpreted by the people who wrote the articles. As such there's a lot of stuff there that's not overly accurate so caution and a good existing knowledge base of zoids is required when reading it.
