*feels a twinge on his head* ow! *hears Catalyxe's voice: Kane!* uh..........call me crazy but i think that the Cat is in trouble, anyone here know how to sense energy?

Daishi sensed Catalyxe's and Cyrus' presence along with a few other unfamiliar auras.
"I believe Catalyxe and Cyrus have met some new friends..."
He teleported to their position, instantly appearing beside Catalyxe and Cyrus, his sword drawn. A large gust of hurricane-force wind blew outwards from the group to momentarily occupy the Haut.
"I see we made it just in time..."

::I shook a fist in the air::
Vain: LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED!
::I jumped into the air, taking out a few soldiers. I then charged both my arms::
Vain: Vulcon Cannon.... DOUBLE!
::A huge burst of dark energy came flooding out of both my hands, killling soldiers one after another::
Vain: This is to easy. Now that I think about, if ya guys want I can take care of these guys on my own.

Cyrus continued fighting the Aerial Soldiers "Tallie! There are too many of them! We need to get rid of them more quickly or we are bound to be captured!" He punched a soldier through, gutting him. He then concentrated his Chi and focused them into his hands, which he then put together as if praying, with his index fingers sticking up "BLAZING SOLARIS!!!!" A large explosion of pure light energy mixed with his Chi engulfed Cyrus and the soldiers. It immidiately dissipated to reveal Cyrus left alone as a mess of charred corpses fell to the ground. He landed swiftly next to Catalyxe

Sharp blades of wind cut through the Haut soldiers, easily severing limbs and torsos. Daishi effectively used his sword as well, his agility and teleporting capabilities making him very hard to hit.

As they dispatched the last of the Soldiers, Catalyxe wiped his brow and sighed "They sure are an aggressive bunch..."
A dying Haut Soldier attempted to get up, but dropped to his knees "You.....you will all pay......you will all regret the moment you decided to mess with the Haut!"
Cyrus walked over to the soldier and kicked his face in, killing him "Yap yap yap......give it a rest and just die already, you were the ones who attacked us!" He turned to Catalyxe "So, what next, Tallie my love?"
Catalyxe smiled as Cyrus lifeted him back into his arms "Well, I suppose we should ask Devio abotu a good place to set up a good resistance....till then, I suppose we shoudl lay low, I really don't want to have to fight another flank of soldiers again......"

Vain: C'mon, fighting more soldiers would be fun! ANyway, I have to go check on Kasumi, kinda left her hanging.

Taki teleported Kori and herself to the scene of the skirmish.
"Looks like that was taken care of."
"What is this!? Were fighting them!? Man i was hoping for giant ogres!"
she looked over the skirmish field and noticed a scorched body twitch. She walked over to it an looked at the body. She took out a Kodachi and cut off his head, lifting it for al to see.
"He's an officer. His rank is different from all of the others. Got a pike or something? Its time for the old scare tactics."
"While you do that I want to look over this place."
Taki teleported on to a bluff close to everyones position.
Not good... That has to be an entire battlion... At least five thousand infantry... and a few hundred heavy and mounted... No air units that i can see but who knows...
She turned around and looked in the opposite direction.
"God no... Air scouts!?"
A wing of large insects with infantry mounted on them flew over at high speeds. Kori took the soldiers swords and rammed the heads she could salvage onto the blades see saw a large number of dots above the horizon.
"Time to leave... Its time to go! We gotta leave this place as quick as possible!"
She stood up and began to run to the right of the airial partol. Taki teleported back to Catalyxe.
"We should go. I just say an entire battlion of soldiers and an they're using mounted fliers as scouts. Wo wont win at this point we have to leave."

Deep within the Dark Capitol of Parleur de Grave, a cloaked woman stood in front of the large military of Haut Soldiers, giving her speech "And thus, as our great leader has passed on, I shall take his place, and I will continue to carry out his wishes of making Auro ours, though it was his wish that i infrom you all, the Master is not going to be ruling us, but we will rule both Auro and Parluer as the Ultimate power!" The crowd of Haut Soldiers cheered, then she proceeded to bow, and head back into her chambers. Well, it looks like they bought it........but it no longer matters, that old fossil was a weakling, and a horrible leader.....I will make this realm mine, and nobody, even this "Master" of the Leader will take it from me! She laughed to herself. Just then, a Haut Commander entered and knelt to her
"Mistress, I have recieved a report that the eleventh flank of the fourteenth Batallion has been annihilated."
"What!?" She frowned, with a very dangerous look on her face
"A group of people were spotted fighting them, and strangely, though they were massively outnumbered, they killed everyone with minimal difficulty. I am prepared to take full resposnibility for this befalling the flank"
She stood up, and grimnned maliciously "I appreciate your honesty and humility, allow me to grant you your merciful reward!" She grabbed his head and ripped it clean off of his body, then tossed it onto the floor next to the body. She called in a servantwoman "Dispose of the body immidiately!" She went and sat down in her newly acquired throne. She called in the Commander for the Thirteenth Battalion of her army, and ordered him to head to Auro and assist the fourteenth Battalion in weeding out the newcomers So, it looks like Auro somehow managed to get help from some freelancers......they will pay dearly!

Vain: I've been ichen for a fight. You guys go on ahead, and make sure you take Kasumi with you. I'll stay back and when things get to heated I'll disapear into the shadows.

Taki grabbed Kasumi's arm and began to Kori. Kori disappeared into the darkness of a tree.
Heh time to out manuver this scum...
She waited in the darkness of a tree shadow close to the oncoming battlions right flank. Taki looked after and slowed to a stop.
"She knew about them... We've run out of time... Its time to fight. Though we wont be much help if we all die here..."
She dropped Kasumi's hand and looked in the direction of the haut soldeirs.

Catalyxe nodded to Kori and the others "I agree, it would be good to fall back for now.....I doubt we could take on a whole batallion...Vain, be careful, you must remember than no matter how powerful you may be, you will not hold yoru ground very long against a whole batallion, so make sure to escape when it gets too heated...." He placed his hands together, and placed a barrier around the group, cloaking their auras. "Now, let's get out of here while we still can.....I think we should head through the forest nearby, it will be much easier to evade the Haut forces that way" Cyrus turned and headed quickly over to the forest, making sure the others were not too far behind so as to fall out of the barrier

Daishi shook his head at the scene around him.
"So much for a stealthy approach...Let's go, I believe I saw a cave somewhere earlier while I was waiting..."
Daishi snapped his fingers and an illusion of a battalion of soldiers appeared, facing the advancing Haut. He then quickly followed after the others, guarding their flank.
"The illusion should keep them busy for a while..."

::I ran tawords the battalion and started to hack and slash away with the dark fists. They quickly swarmed me and I was force to use a stronger attack::

::I unleashed a huge wave of pure dark energy within a 3 mile radius. But unlike when I had used this attack on the Smoke clone army, it had only killed around a few soldiers::
Vain: What the ********!? Now I'm almost drained... and there aint a huge amount of darkness floating in the air to absorb... I think I can disapear into the Darkness, but not reapear... I'll take my chances...
::But before I could shout the chant they had captured me::
Soilder: We will take you to are leader.
Vain: Like a bunch of aliens?
Soldier: heheh punk.
::They knocked me out and started to escort me to their leader::
