Nah, you type it in and press enter, then there will be a little countdown timer where the code once was. Wait for it to get to 0 and then press "Click Here to Download" which will be right where the counter just was.

Also note that this PDF describes many races that are not in the Player's Handbook. They're actually found in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting book for the most part. But, some of the races do correspond with those in the Player's Handbook.
Moon elves = PHB Elf
Rock gnomes = PHB Gnome
Lightfoot halflings = PHB Halfling
Shield dwarves = PHB Dwarf
If you want information on the other races, I can gladly supply it.

well, the region is where you're from. Your character has to be from somewhere. You don't have to take all the extra stuff, heck unless you're a favored class, you can't anyways.
