Narniakat I have gotten several of my family members hooked too. It is so fun to see who likes the books and who are appalled by the violence. biggrin and other things... 3nodding lemmina_elsa I'm a music major and i just love to sit down and read books that disturb other ppl twisted !! the best is carrying around Guilty Pleasures everywhere, and being a little subtle, so people see it, kinda do that double take, look at you strange, and if they're brave, ask you about it ^_^

Katsie, 18, started reading the Anita Blake series back when I was 14 or 15, I started with "the Lunatic Cafe'" and fell in love with the book but neglected to read anymore of the series untill 2 years later, while my sister was training for manager at Claire's I'd stay at the mall for 8 hours, to bide my time I'd watch movies and play ddr, but I realised how much money I was using quickly, so I went to the book store (the exact same one I got the lunatic cafe from) and bought "The Laughing Corpse" and it all flew wild from there, I soon finished with that and was obsessed with jean claude, I later read more books I've read the entire series now from GP to CSins, and I can't wait for her next book.

Hey, call me Sen. I'm 17 and started reading this very AWESOME series earlier this year when a friend of mine got me into them. I read all of them, through C.S. within a couple of months (thats with waiting periods to get the next one) and buoght Incubus Dreams the day it came out and am currently working on reading it. (its sitting next to me) I absolutely Jason and Nathaniel are my faves and well... I dont know what else to say except I look forward to talkin to ya about em.

HI, I am Khaos, I started reading the books after a friend told me about Obsidian Butterfly. It only took me three weeks to read all of the books, but then there was the long agonizing wait for the rest of the books. It took me almost a year to gather the funds to buy the last few books. Fortunately it was worth the wait. I haven't read the last book but I cant wait.

I am Layla. And well.. I'm 17. Woo. I began reading Laurell K. Hamilton through Caress of Twilight instead of the Anita Blake series but that's kind what pulled me into her writing. I read the Anita Blake series out of order because I did not know it was a series at first. So I started with Bloody Bones.
Soon enough though I was hooked. And drooling and impatient to read the next book. But I have not yet peeked into her latest books because they are hard cover.
But yeah.. That's me!

I'm Sierra, My real name's Erinn. I'm 18 and I live in Northern Ontario.
I've been reading the Anite Blake Series for a little over a year now and have been addicted ever since my friend insisted I read Guilty Pleasures. I've read everything up to Cerulean sins... although not in order ><; And can't wait for Incubus dreams. I love how real she makes her characters... The way Laureel K. Hamilton writes makes it so easy to identify with her characters. Her style is also so descriptive that it brings the story to life and pulls you right in. ((Anybody with an imagination knows what I mean... You read and feel all the character's emotions right along with them... *cough*SMUT SCENES*cough* ahem >>; )) SHe brings a new modern and very creative, factual based face to pre natural novels and I love her! I can't wait to read her Faerie series too ^^;
My pets (not my family pets.. but mine) include my Saddlebred Cross Horse Smoki, My Welsh Pony Mare Sadie, My Very Fat Kitten Tuna and my friend's cat (she moved away and her cat adopted me) Knickers.
I'm an office assistant intern and I do correspondance for my schooling. I love Creative Writing and Drawing, Acting, Photography, Riding/Jumping, Manga/Anime, Video Games, Role Playing, Web/Graphic Design, Soccer, X-Country and Long Distance Track, Singing and Dancing, Sewing Baking... All Sorts I'm also looking to get into Swordsmanship and Martial Arts.

I'm Morgan, am new to Gaia and just joined this guild today. n_n I turned 19 recently and am currently attending college. I love the Anita Blake series and have corrupted several of my friends. Edward happens to be my favorite character...for reasons unknown. Um...not sure what else to rant about. Haha!

Sooo yeahhhh...should probably introduce myself 3nodding
I'm shixri...which comes from my name from my Japanese class, Shiori. You may call me that or just plain Caitlin (or Cat for short o_o. Sorry for all the names to choose from sweatdrop ). I'm a sophomore...16 in a few months, and I've been reading these books for probably about a year or so. I got into them just randomly finding them at the bookstore. Since then I've converted to people to Anitaholics biggrin I read them a little out of order at the beginning, but got into the gist of things and it all came together. I've read all (with the exception of Incubus Dreams) of the AB books, as well as all of the Merry Gentry books (also an excellent LKH series).
Mmm...What else to say? Well...I read a lot of fantasy books, but this has got to be my favorite and widest. That's one of the awesome things about it, since I think it's pretty hard to find a good series that's actually lengthy! whee
Well I don't want to take up too much of the space, but I'd just like to say that I'm really excited for my future in this guild and if you're lucky, you might catch a first AB fanfic (or first one ever, really!) by me.

Hello.. On gaia my name is Veeanna.. But My Real Name Is JeNn and i am 17 years old ...
I got Addicted To Anita Blake Books.. 2 years ago..when i needed to read a book for english class.. and i picked up a copy of Narcissus in Chains..
And i loved them every since...I have all the books now and is waiting to get the newest one Incubus Dreams ... I also got my friend addicted to them :: Lady Sierra :: So i had someone to talk to about the books to ^.^
My favorite character i jean claude... you have to just love that hawt vampire heart heart .... And I also Like Belle Morte.. Just Cause of her additude with anita... ^.^"
I love to...read..write...watch movies ... listen to music... and come on gaia..

Hey! I'm Kayrei, and I'm sixteen. I have been reading the Anita Blake series for a few years now and have become quite obsessed with it. Not that it's hard to become obsessed when the characters are so great, and the plot is so creatively original, right? I was hooked as soon as my friend first told me to read Guilty Pleasures.
I absolutely love the characters! I can't get enough of Jason, Nathaniel, and Damian especially. I love Anita's sarcasm, and the overall mystery of the series; you never know what's going to happen next. And the vampires, I find, are the best written vampires I've read ever. I do read a lot of vampire books ^.^
I've even got a few of my friends hooked on the series, which is great, because the more fans the better, I find. More people around to discuss the books and share their ultimate-fan-ness, lol.
Anyways, I really hope this series keeps going for a long time, and I'm glad to be a part of this guild smile

Hi I'm Tsunyai and i'm a 16-year old junior in highschool. I'm a huge fan of all of Laurell K. Hamilton's work but I LOVE the Anita Blake Series! I have just finished reading Incubus Dreams and I must say that the series keeps getting better and better. My favorite characters are Anita, of course, Jason, Nathanial, Asher, Micah and Jean-Claude. Well...I love all of the characters but those are my absolute faves! I can't wait till the next book in the series. biggrin

Hi! ^^ i'm new.
I'm 21 and a Sr. in College
My Friend got me into Anita Blake over the summer
Right now i'm over half way thru with the forth book ^^
since i'm new to the serise i don't have very many fav charaters...
Edward is my Fav so far ^^
I like Jean-Claude and i still like Richard...but my friend says that'll change ^^. we'll see
I really like the books. they're really adictive. and i like the premis...
What if Vampiers and Lycenites where legaly alive/human and given rights...?
That would be Cool and scary at the same time it think...
