Doc seemed to have a little bit of dance to his walk as he led Ronnie back into the lab. It had been re-arranged again, the labarinth of computers and servers now clearing around four lab tables. Three have completed Kybernetik children on them, and it is clearly evident that they are Jack, Will, and Elizabeth. The fourth has a box of parts and a diagram on it, but there seems to be an air of uncertainty to it. To build or not to build?

Doc tookconfident strides towards the table supporting Jack and motioned for Ronnie to follow. He reached beneath the limp child's oversize coat and proped him up. After ruffling around in the dreadlocks on the boy's head for a moment, he fliped open the access hatch and extended a hand to Ronnie.

"Chip please."

It was almost like walking into the twilight zone...

Technically she'd never met these people before, but often viewings of Pirates of the Caribbean made her feel like she knew them. It was so curious, the likness, it was easy to tell that they were the younger versions, but it was sooo weird.

She blinked once at the Doctor's request and then remembered that she had the chip in her hand. Extending her cupped hand out to him she smiled down at the robotic form. He's gonna be so cute, and I promise to take good care of you.

Doc took the chip from Ronnie and slid the bandana off. It was actually of surprising length, and he easily slid it over the boy's forehead to hold the dreadlocks away from his eyes.

Doc gave Ronnie a last menacing look before snapping the chip into place and securing the panel back onto the child's head.

An intelligent gleam cast an amber glow into the child's dark eyes. He looked up, grinned at Ronnie, and hopped off the table, paying no heed to Doc. Then he walked across the room, oversized coat dragging behind him, and grinned at the two unawake children on the tables.

"Well, I can't exactly take over the ocean all by my onesie. You guys gonna wake up soon?" he asked in an almost comically young voice. After seeing they weren't going to reply, he made a face and hurried back over to Doc and Ronnie.

"'Ello."

He spotted the jar of dirt under the table and scooped up up into his arms.

"There yah are, luv."

He grinned innocently up at Ronnie and Doc again.

"It's not like it's a doll er anything!"

Jack is already waterproof.
He treats that jar of dirt like a teddybear. Meaning it goes EVERYWHERE.

I will not giggle, I will not squee, I will not glomp him for his un-deniable cuteness... ah who the hell am I kidding? Ronnie ran over to boy and scooped him and the jar of dirt up into her arms. "You're so adorable, yes you are! I just can't help but hug you, you little cutie!" The young child's coat easily still hit the floor even as his body was in her arms.

This is totally un-professional... Half of her brain said.

Yes, but I just don't care... The other half replied.

Ronnie sent a slightly bemused slightly embarrased look at the Doctor, sorry that he had to see her lose whatever cool she had. "Erm... thanks!" Was all she could come up with.

Doc smiled proudly at the pair and waved them out.

"Good luck!"

((can we post here like stuff like this, if not tell me and i'll delete it.)

Peaseblossom walked into the Lab waiting for Doc to have a free moment. When she saw he wasn't busy she went over to him quickly, "Doc could I have a moment with you?" She had Titania her doll, and a book held cutely in her arms. She wasn't as loud as Yvette and was very polite.

Doc strolled out of the lab and smiled at Peaseblossom. "What about?" he asked kindly.

She smiled sweetly at him holding the book out to him, "Why is my name in this book?" SHe held out the libaries copy of Shakespear's A Midsummers Night Dream. "I mean does this mean Yvette can read? I didn't think she could. Why would she name me after people in a book, did she ever discuss with you?"

Doc paused, remembering the conversation.

"She liked the name," he said. "She thought it was girly and cute."

Peaseblossom smiled giggling alittle, "Ah well I like the story, I'm suprised she could read this type of book. I want to read more like it."

Doc smiled at Peaseblossom's indication. "How about Romeo and Juliet?" he suggested. "It's a tragic love story."

Peaseblossom looked confused raising an eyebrow. "Tragic love story isn't that like an oxymoron? Would the library have the book? Have you ever read the Shakespear, you never really talk about what you do in your spare time." She started messing with Titania's hair.

"Tragic love story? An oxymoron? No, my dear child. Some of the best love stories are tragic. Shakespeare wrote great ones. He was a master of the tragedy." Doc smiled, reflecting that something in Peaseblossom's programming must have been triggered by the first play. He'd have to play this in the right direction.

"I minored in classical drama in college," Doc smiled. It was a little known fact, of course, that he had once recited Medea and Macbeth with classmates who had gone on to rule the gaian stage. "I can lend you several books you might enjoy. Shall we start with Romeo and Julliet? I have them all upstairs in the library, of course."

Peaseblossom looked at him smiling happily, "Would you really lend me some of your very own books?" Her face lit up happily like you were saying it was her birthday and you were giving her a toy store. "I would really enjoy to read any books you gave me. It's so pretty how he says something, and how he's so funny. I mean he makes little comments sometime that are just really funny. Like how he gave the one dude a donkey's head, and he mocked how Titania fell inlove with him anyways! What is your favorite book?"

"I'm rather partial to H.G. Wells's The Time Machine," the Doc answered, "But that's a little old for you. How about starting with Romeo and Juliet?"
